which person is immunity from the shovel? one prime example is Daniel Bryan, over the years Bryan got push around and doing stupid stuff... the more WWE bury him the more negative reaction WWE get and whoever the babyface he face will get boos. what ever WWE give him turn into gold.

can i say Sandow? he's only guy that get best heel reaction, you can push him around but due to his mic work Sandow will able to climb back easily. If you want to bury him then don't let him on the MIC...

what about in the past?

What VRsick and Ryu said.. Most of the veterans.. Cena, Orton, Batista, Taker, Kane etc.. And I think it's a bit silly to say Bryan was getting buried, because truth be told he's been getting pushed since day 1 tbh. He came out on top against Miz iirc, won the US title, won the WHC off Show, won the tag team titles with Kane, got matches at Mania with Sheamus and Kane.. For the time he's been in the company he's done quite well and not been buried whilst he's at it.

Too many people here don't know where the kayfabe line is drawn anymore. The WWE has nothing to gain by legitimately burying any wrestler who's even the least bit over with casuals and children. It's like taping over a working ATM machine. The number of wrestlers who've actually gotten the shovel in the last ten years can be counted on one hand. Lately the mindset of this forum, my niche wrestler hasn't been pushed into orbit is the equivalent of "buried".

If they tried to bury Bryan, they must have been using a teaspoon to dig the hole. Hell he already has the strap and he's STILL getting pushed. Cripes.

Sheamus? boring as fucked and nobody miss him at all during time of injury but WWE pushed this guy over other talent. if you are HHH friends then you got the Immunity...i can say Ric Flair as well, Ric is god damn awful on any of the panels shows/segment but WWE still invite him back, Jim Ross got fired over 2K event.

Honestly, if most of the IWC had their way when it came to booking stuff, every single PPV would be just their favourites battling for the title ... and they would be perfectly ok with 10 guys in the main event and only 1 match on the card.

Since this year's mania at least I have not gotten the impression that the WWE is trying to bury anyone on purpose. There's a lot of guys that just didn't make it big or as big as they thought they could be.

Anyways, as for the thread, I don't think anyone is immune from the shovel. Why is Jericho not on TV right now? Because he feels like his character and direction is not worth returning for .. that is a "burial" of sorts. RVD has been in shit programs even though he's on TV. Rey Mysterio can be said to have gotten the shovel. Big Show was filmed dancing in a diaper ffs. Ryback was made to look like Punk's bitch and buried by Heyman .. It wasn't even done on screen. It was done in a none televised live event or something.

The WWE temporarily punishes everyone for something or the other - and I really don't think anyone is immune from it at all. No matter who it is.

If you think the segment with Hugh Jackman was a burial, then I got some bad news for you: you don't know what burying a wrestling means. (and this isn't directed at you OP, as I read what you said)

Someone, SOMEONE, ANY WRESTLER, had to go out and get beat up by Jackman. Someone had to go out and lose. That's how wrestling is supposed to work, a winner and a loser. So if Sandow was chosen to go out and make Hugh Jackman, WOLVERINE, look good, that's not a burial. Jackman isn't even a wrestler. This segment is already forgotten by the end of the night by everyone who is not a user on this fourm.

Sandow is lucky to have had that segment last night. He was getting paid to go out and look like a fool and make Jackman look good. And he did that very well. That's not getting buried.

He was buried against Cena during the MITB cash in however. All he had to do was cash in and lose, but WWE decided to put every possible angle against Cena and still have him win. That was a burial. Sandow was paid to make Cena look good, but not Jesus Christ in jorts.

and HHH are the only guys immune to the shovel in reality.

If Hulk Hogan, Warrior, Savage, and Hart all got the propaganda thrown towards them anyone can even Cena.

HHH can even get the shovel if he doesn't turn out to be married to Vince's daughter anymore, but most likely won't happen because he is the father of his grand kids.

I dunno why people are saying that even HHH is immune from the burial. Just wait till he crosses Steph and/or Vince IRL. Men that marry into money are never immune from being tossed out on the curb the minute they cross that proverbial line that keeps others happy.
