So far they are failing in loading up NXT. Bennett and Maria are going to TNA. Fish and O'Reilly are either sticking with ROH or going to TNA. Same with Lethal and Elgin. No AJ Styles or anybody else from New Japan. No Angelico, Jack Evans, Aries, Storm, Gulak, Gargano or Ciampa, either. Also looks like no Sabre Jr after all as well.

NXT is dropping the ball.

From the American Indy scene.. Cole. Lethal. Youngbucks. Moose. Tessa Blanchard. Ricochet. Candice LaRae. From the UK I'd like ZSJ and Mastiff. Let Japan be for now..

Austin Aries, Adam Cole, Brian Cage, Ricochet, and Candice LeRae. I'd also like Taeler Hendrix, since she's hot as hell, has a great gimmick, and I think Del Ray could transform her.

No one from Lucha Underground, that's for sure.

Right now the only male singles wrestlers that have appeared on tv are

Finn balor..who you would imagine is getting called up after mania
Samoa joe
Apollo crews
Baron Corbin
Sami zayn...surely ready to be called up post mania
Itami..long term injury
Tye dillenger
Elias Sampson..just debuted
Bull Dempsey..basically comedy jobber now

So thats only 9 full time singles guys or far less than TNA or Lu have and neither of those promotions are planning any major touring to my knowledge in 2016..

For me they have enough women what with bayley, Asuka, dana, Nia jax, emma, bliss, carmella, Athena, peyton royce, Billie kay. They also have enough tag teams..bringing in named teams would only hamper the development of Jordan/gable reaching the top. Once gable/jordan are firmly established then it would be right time to bring in major tag teams

Unquestionably they need an injection of fresh new male singles wrestlers after mania or 2-3 guys to step up big time from the pc

I reckon they have enough people, what with the guys on the show PLUS some of the guys left to debut, to have a great product for at least another year and a bit.

But I'm always open to new guys turning up.

Zack Sabre Junior and I think they will. Would be a sensation in NXT. How he'd make the step up to the main roster would be interesting though. Other than that Chris Hero resigning would be cool and perhaps someone like the Young Bucks to envigorate the tag division.

Yeah, they need to beef up the roster a bit, especially now with the touring. Also, there is bound to be main roster call ups. Once that happens who are they going to put in those spots? I figure there will be some debuts on the post Mania Raw. 2015 saw 8 call ups to the main roster. They are good with tag teams, but I figure some of those teams will also be called up at some point. So it wouldn't hurt to have a few new teams as well.

So whatever came of Austin Aries being backstage at a taping? Anything? What has been the deal with James Storm? Is there anything to the Sabre Jr talk or is it just fan speculation? Can we expect to see more of Ciampa and Gargano or no? They should step it up and try to get at least one of those ROH names with expiring deals. Who from the performance center is ready to be moved into a spot?

Zack Sabre Jr is a notorious WWE hater. You'll never see him there. He left NOAH concentrate more on U.S. Indies and U.K. wrestling. He'll eventually be back in NOAH if he doesn't wind up in New Japan. Zack is about Japanese wrestling.

Sabre Jr is a real wrestler, not a sports entertainer. He will never subject himself to that style product and having to tone down his in ring style. He's all about Japan and his freedom in the ring. Plus, smaller wrestlers who work a technical style will now be hesitant to join WWE after seeing all the obstacles Daniel Bryan had to go through during his time there
