The Dudleyz or The Hardyz? I'm asking because I need to settle a disagreement.

Dudleys starting doing that in ECW, so they win.

I'm almost positive neither of them did in the WWF. They used the z to substitute the s at the end of "Boys" but that's about it.

I don't recall them being called The Hardyz, I'm pretty sure they were called the Hardy Boyz though or The Hardys but not Hardyz though I could be mistaken.

The Dudley Boyz used that spelling in ECW, dating back to 1996ish. The Hardy Boyz hadn't even debuted in WWF yet.
