Does Hogan or Bischoff have more control? And if Heyman came in I would let Bischoff run production and marketing. He did get WCW off of Saturday night and out to big cities.

I agree, Hogan probably has more say since he's the Hulkster. Bischoff probably does the marketing and all that, but Hogan probably works more with the talent.

I wish Bischoff would take TNA out of the Imapct Zone some. Maybe they aren't ready for that though.

Hogan Bischoff is an onscreen character only.
That's why we saw the Nasties and Jimmy Hart debut in TNA? And Abyss getting pushed like a red headed step-child? Nahhhh man. It's Hulk Hogan. Who is gonna tell him no?

Note: People should, but it seems like they don't.

It works like this:

Dixie: I'd like to see this week's Impact, Vince.
Russo passes script to Dixie
Dixie: A barbed wire teddy on a pole match? I love it!
Hogan reads the script
Hogan: Brother, add Jeff Hardy and Mr Anderson to that match. I'm coming in after that to praise the Impact Zone crowd after that match!
Russo does that without question.
Dixie tweets saying that there will be a surprise on Impact.
