Good question. As has already been suggested, Paul Bearer and Kane would be most appropriate (I know what the sentiments regarding Kane are like in general on this forum but it would be a travesty if he was not involved in some way with Taker's induction). Other than that HBK is a possibility, as is Ted DiBiase Sr.

Even though they've had their best matches together I'm not fully feeling HBK inducting Undertaker. I don't know if he could speak about his career well enough so I would like to see Kane, Mick Foley or Vince McMahon do it.
