IMO, they should be Cody Rhodes and Dolph Ziggler. Guyz have been working their asses off for years and they have it all. More deserving than Cesaro, Reigns or an other guy

I think you gotta have Brock win it around Summerslam. Then I wanna see Bryan win it back. Let me say that I'm not a huge Bryan fan. I think he needs to cut back on the beard and the hair. Go back to his look from the Punk feud of 2011 or so(I think maybe 2012). He has GOT to find something interesting to say as a face that isn't about the Authority. He also has to stop screaming. Needs to learn to project. I think Lesnar taking the title legitimizes the struggle that Bryan has to go through and suspends the disbelief a little.
After them.... I dunno. I'm a fan of long title reigns. Need to see who's doing what after Summerslam. Who is getting heat as heels. Who's pushing the envelope as a face. A lot to look at. I don't do "should" based on who I like. I base it on who I think would carry the program the best.

Would love to see a lot of guys get to the top, but Cody Rhodes and Dolph Ziggler top the list without a doubt.
