NXT has been the home of many top, top women's wrestling matches over the past couple of years with the likes of Sasha, Becky, Charlotte and Bayley really improving the reputation of the division. With three of said names now being on the main roster, where does the Women's division go once Bayley has made the step up? The only babyfaces you've got are Asuka and Carmella, with Alexa Bliss, Dana Brooke, Emma, Eva Marie and Nia Jax currently being bad guys. Not exactly the same quality as it was around 6 months ago, is it? Will women even still be main eventing on NXT in future after Bayley has gone?

I'm sure we'll being seeing some new girls from the indies in the next few months. Asuka and Carmella can definitely hold things down until the new ones get their footing in a post-Bayley NXT.

Athena, Gionna, Billie, Aliyah, Nia, Peyton, Asuka, Alexa, Carmella,.........The list goes on and on. Bayley going will no doubt be a blow to the division but this division actually has girls that are as good or better than Bayley. Unfortunately a lot of them have not debuted yet or are still being used as jobbers until they iron out their gimmicks. I'm not worried at all about the division.

I'm more concerned with what's going to happen when Finn,Sami Zayn, Hideo, Samoa Joe,Gable/JJ, and Apollo get called up. Scary thought.

Pretty much this. The divas side of things will be fine going forward, there's a wealth of talent just sitting there waiting for their opportunity. It may not reach four horsewoman standards for a while but it's there.

The male side of things especially the world title scene is the problem. Hideo and Sami both being out bad but it also showed the lack of depth in that division, especially with both Owens and Breeze now on the main roster. Joe, Corbin and Zayn at least will probably go next year, maybe been Finn too. They really need to start focusing on that side of things again soon.

Daddio is just as good if not better than Carmella. Bliss is getting better. Billie Kay is good. Peyton scares me and Nia is fun to watch

Asuka won't be around long...and Eva is just as good as carmella

I thought the divas division would be in trouble 3 months back but gionna and Asuka are going to do fine. Keeping an open mind about Nia jax. Need to keep Emma there for a few months.
The other Aussie divas are good but yet to understand some of the hype there.

They'll be fine, Bayley is a star but there's plenty of other women there that can wrestle and have potential, Emma is the stand out from a technical standpoint but Bliss, Nia Jax, Carmella, if Eva Marie can work out how to wrestle she'll be fine, amongst others, they'll be fine

There's plenty of other girls that of all experience levels that can put on a show. Asuka and Athena come to mind immediately. Having them there with less experienced girls is only a boon to ppl like Nia, Cam, and Eva. As they can only continue to get better. I think the division will be fine. In fact I think its actually kinda stifled where it is with Bayley at the moment.

I don't think there needs to be any rush to bring Bayley up.

Yes, she's better than a lot of a people on the main roster. However, they could really take the opportunity to brand her as an NXT attraction.

Once you have her up to level of the Devitt's and KENTA's, in terms of name value, you could then bring her up to the main roster as a real commodity.

This would buy a lot of time to:
- polish Eva (who is one of the Top 20 most Google'd people on the roster)
- nudge Emma over the top
- truly establish Carmella and Alexa Bliss
- get good use out of Kana's skill as a mechanic

I actually think it's one of the most intriguing and upward trending divisions in the business. Stronger now than ever. The belt is certainly more recognised than the NXT men's title.

People need to move on from the Horsewomen. NXT's supposed to be about the future.

HEELS
--Eva w/ Nia Jax as a top heel. Neither are great wrestlers, but a woman with a big female bodyguard is an overdue gimmick. We haven't seen it since AJ/Tamina.
--Alexa Bliss
--The team of Dana/Emma are all also right up there.

That's five people. Three can work. Two need work.

FACES:
--Asuka - Top face after Bayley. Ass kicker with global cred.
--Carmella

And a big ol Void.

The heel side is golden. They need more faces.

Turning one of the new Aussies (Peyton, etc...) might be helpful - though they need some fucking characters. None of them are memorable aside from "long legs."

Athena should be very useful here. She's a big name performer waiting to drop. Her tornado top rope stunner is a thing of beauty and she was trained by Booker T.

the women's division down in orlando is stacked even without the doctor of huganomics.

there was similar worry when paige, emma and even summer rae to an extent got the call up. triple h has booked that division to be a money maker for a good while.

Give it to Asuka shortly before Mania, call up Bayley, and build a top heel like Dana or Alexa to take it off Asuka via dirty tactics several months down the line.

Can we not act like Bayley and Sasha weren't still terrible just before the Charlotte/Sasha feud? Emma & Charlotte carried the division back then.

Emma is still there, Dana has improved so rapidly she can carry jobbers to a decent match and put on actual good ones with the top talent. Asuke is solid cannon fodder for Bayley and later on the rest + Alexa is slowly climbing the ranks.

Then there's a whole buttload of new talent that will be build up before Bayley leaves. NXT's women's division will be fine.
