Where are the ice-cream bars and a new belt-design?

The new title is rumored (not confirmed, RUMORED) to debut on the 1000'th Raw. We don't know if that's going to happen or not, but it looks likely being that Big Show made reference to the title Punk is carrying being John Cena's belt. Perhaps a teaser. I still don't think Vince has the balls to pull the trigger but I guess we'll find out.
Punk is constantly lobbying for the ice cream bars but people behind the scenes just don't seem to listen.

That's a fair point, would love for Punk to retain and then debut a new title.
The ice cream bars were a joke. I don't think you'll be seeing them anytime soon.

To me it looks like one of the littler side plates. Not the main plate of the belt.

There was never going to be Ice Cream bars period. The new title was just a rumored even though Big Show dropped some hints.

I really don't understand the complaints about that supposed design, nor do I understand how the Spinner belt is in any way better. To me, this new design seems to be much more traditional. Not only that, it doesn't have a spinning mechanism and it actually says "CHAMPION", as opposed to saying "CHAMP". The diamonds are a bit much, but overall they don't bother me.
After years of hearing wrestling fans complain that they want a new title design, even using the "spinner" aspect and the "CHAMP" in reference to their complaints, I'm shocked to see how poorly this design is being received.

Because when compared with World Heavyweight Championship, former World Tag Team Championship and WWE Tag Team Championship, 1990-2005 WWE Championships or the Intercontinental Championship, that's still bullshit.
Look at the size of the CD compared to it. That would be a tiny main plate. Yet would seem just to large for a sideplate

The new title will be colour coded with John Cena's shirt. Every time he gets a new shirt, there will be a new title to accompany it.
