Why did the Corre suddenly decided to turn up at the end of RAW and getting involved with Cena and The Rock? Is there going to be a renewal of Barrett's and Cena's feud?

They beat down Big Show and Kane at the same time. Remember that? When Barrett hit the Wasteland on Show? So if they can destroy those two via sneak attack, why wouldn't they at least take a shot at Rock and Super Cena?

I was hoping that it would be the debut of a new stable to replace the nexus. I was waiting for them to come out and attack the corre. But it just turned out that they wanted the rock and cena to trade finishers on them.

The Nexus/Corre's entire gimmick is stealing the spotlight and taking out established stars. From the Nexus' beatdown on Cena, to Undertaker's burial (even if it wasn't acknowledged), to potentially destroying both Rock and Cena.

It's completely within their motivation.

My first thought was that Rock & Cena were going to have to team up vs the Corre in a PPV starting a storyline where they have to work together or some crap
