I nominate Crazy Ken Patera. Seemed like a psycho even before his arrest. Who would mess with Kenny Patera in his prime?

Akeem was Brodus Clay before Brodus Clay. What frightened you about Akeem The African Dream?

His terrible dancing.

Sorry, I should put 'dancing".

I don't know how one goes from One Man Gang to that.

Well, I legit thought Undertaker was an undead zombie walking around out there. I'll never forget how nervous I was at my first house show when he came out, even as a face.

Started watching at 6 in 99 with the ministry Taker running wild and believing in Kayfabe.

Undertaker. Kane in 97/98. Andre as a heel. Yokozuna when he banzai dropped jobbers. Jake the Snake (Came off as a sociopath and snakes are scary). The original Mankind character.

As a kid i was legit scared of king kong bundy. I was so worried about hulk during that run.

But Sid was the wrestler id be scared to see in a dark alley
The answers will obviously depend on the time you were growing up.

But to a little kid in the 70's big Abby could seem pretty scary..

The guy in this Ripper Owens video took dancing lessons from Akeem.

Trying to imagine if they switched gimmicks with One Man Gang becoming The Red Rooster and Terry Taylor becoming Akeem The African Dream. Better or worse?

OP you should have linked the video of Ken Patera holding back a moving van driven by Gene Okerlund against the wall with his legs. He was a legit strongman competitor.

Umaga. The first time I watched WWE was in 2008 and I remember when he attacked Maria. I was terrified of what he was going to do to her and so when he finally attacked I was shocked. A few years later, in 2010, I started watching the show weekly and then it was Kharma, Big Show and Kane that scared me.
