Cessaro's stock was forever climbing and he looked like he had a bright future in the WWE. He got some character development and started to get some traction especially around the time of his Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal win.

However. He seemed to get a certain level and has now gotten stuck there. I don't really believe his partnership with Paul Heyman worked at all and that partnership was soon split up.

He's now stuck in a mid-card rut and the sad thing is that he doesn't appear to be doing anything to get himself out of it. To me at the moment he just seems to be running through the motions, turning up and taking his pay cheque.

He must surely be able to see that his career has currently stalled and he needs to step up his game. I just don't see that he currently has a gimmick or anything that is going to elevate him to that next level.

It is such a shame for such a lot of talent to be wasted and not be maximised. Especially when he is receiving such support from the likes of Stone Cold.

Problem is when it comes to promos and mic skills he just seems really goofy. He needs a manager but if Heyman can't do anything with him then how will somebody else.

I can think of some minor tweaks he could use but nothing to elevate him to the next level.

- Pemenatley wear knee pads
- Drop the mid card jobber entrance video and entrance music
- Get more serious and stop the goofy smiling

Any ideas from you?

the thing about the WWE is that they can transform a guys career in the blink of an eye.

IF Cesaro dumped Big Show and Kane out of the Rumble he would be near the top of the proverbial tree again. Look at Mark Henry's Hall of Pain run. He was a super jobber. Then he did his Hall of Pain stuff for about a month and then became WHC a month later. He became this beast that everyone was afraid of. Then when WM season came, he got jobbed out again.

It takes nothing at all to make a superstar, but Vince just refuses to do it, or to do it consistently. Who knows what will happen to Rusev after his undefeated streak is gone. Bo Dallas just dropped off the map. Ryback was this beast and after he turned heel he was jobbed off the map. Vince can make or break a career so easily.

There doesn't have to be any special ideas like stop goofy smiling or whatever, if Vince deems it, you are a huge star...

Every other pro wrestler to die from Ebola or the bubonic plague.

It will be Vince's mission to prove he never had it to begin with. Sadly we're stuck watching his demise at the hands of an egomaniac.

I was at WM 30. He was the only other wrestler that made the crowd buzz like Bryan.

Let him go out there and wrestle and stop making him look like a geek. He'll regain the overness they took away from him last year in no time. Crowds nowadays appreciate talent, guaranteed he gets the opportunity to showcase it, he'll get over organically like he did last year.

Winning matches and being involved in feuds that have substance. But the midcard doesn't get that. So... being thrusted into the main event would do it. Which won't happen. #2SWISS

Just do what made him over before. WWE didnt get behind him like they should when he went red hot at Mania. They should have turned him face and run with the ball. Instead Vince fumbled ,perhaps because it was another guy to threaten The Looks spot on the face roster.

WWE pushes are like pass the hot potato imo Reigns is their latest attempt and in Creative's dreamworld they will see out WM Reigns will be as over as Ambrose then they will pass the hot potato back to Cesaro.
In the real world, Creative screwed up Reigns push while Cesaro was kept on the backburner so guess WWE will stay stubborn and keep going with Reigns while Cesaro suffers waiting in pre-match/midcard role.
