Obviously, it seems like Mr.Mcmahon thinks this is working. Im not one to usually bitch about Raw and say im never watching again, but this is getting ridiculous!

I can honestly see some of these frustrated superstars and maybe some writers, eventually jump ship to TNA or just quit. I really feel that it will either take half the roster quitting, or them jumping ship to TNA to give some decent competition eventually, for the WWE and Vince McMahon to wake up, and see that what their doing isn't working.

Maybe im exaggerating a little, idk just an idea.

Re: What will it take for Vince to realize that they are not as good as they used to

There is no money in TNA. They barely average a million viewers and their PPV buys are really low, in the range of 10,000 - 12,000 buys. Why would any sane person who wants to earn money "jump ship" to TNA? Not like its gonna makes any difference in the worldwide wrestling market.

Its bad when you can read the wrestlers' faces and know that they don't like the product.

What do you mean barely? They always get a million viewers each week. God it sounds like such a wwe mark comment. You know there is more important things then money, and its also called an investment. You know shawn was offered more money to wcw, and wcw had better ratings, better pay, more ppv buys, and more fans at that time. Yet he stayed, good investment.

the one person who really had it written all over his face this week was Jim Ross. When he came out for his "appreciation" night, he just had it on his face like "what the fuck is this company doing?"

It's really sad to see how far this product has fallen. It's not entirely terrible, but it's pretty bad right now.

Vince is an oblivious idiot. It took him 14 years to finally realize The Streak wouldn't be big if he insisted on filling it with talentless big men lower mid-carders amongst real worthy names.

So, by that account, counting John Cena's rise to the top in 2006, he will finally realize the current problem in 2020.

I like how WWE marks act like TNA isn't relevent in the wrestling world. And barely a million viewers? :lmao

Nobody "acts" like anything, that's the way it is. There are former WWE/WCW wrestlers who've been in TNA who have flat out said they've met fans of theirs, and the fans ask them if they're still wrestling or not. That says it all.

We'll never witness a mea culpa of any kind from WWE. When their backs are put to the wall they simply blame the wrestlers and insist it's "time for someone to step up." This despite the fact that the talent is handcuffed right out of the gate, having everything they say and do scrutinized and watered down. Vince and Creative will never confess to their shortcomings; they'll just insist that pro wrestling has lost its luster and needs to be redefined.

Note: that notion is crap, by the way. There will always be a part of me that loves what's at the core of pro wrestling, but the version of it that exists in my head (darkened crowds in the arena, with the spotlight shining on the actual wrestling part) may indeed be a thing of the past.

I think Vince and co realise that the company isn't in the same place it was a decade ago, I mean they aren't morons like some people make them out to be, just because they aren't pushing the people you personally like doesn't mean that they have no fucking clue as to what they are doing, they can see the numbers have gone down, maybe they are going about trying to get them back up in the wrong way BUT to answer OP's title, I think Vince realised a long time ago.
