What would you think Bret would have been doing since 1999 if he didn't suffer those concussions at Starrcade 1999 and afterwards. I put the stroke incident in there because that could have possibly still happened. But anyway what would you think he would be doing right now and before?
I'd say he probably would have returned to the WWE maybe around 2002-2005.
Had a bitter and and intense rivalry with HBK which would have ended in a Hell in a Cell match.
Faced The Undertaker at WrestleMania.
And probably would have been champion, but would have dropped it to Cena at one of the WrestleManias. (Due to Cena being a big fan)
And would have retired around 2008-2010.
