I've tried it on almost everything I've eaten this week and it just doesn't taste right. I don't know if it's because Sriracha is nasty or because it's only good on certain things. What is it good on?
There's a burrito place up here in Albany named Bombers. And they have an all you can taco bar during the day. I used to make chicken soft tacos with cheese, sour cream and sriracha sauce. Anyway, the sour cream and sriracha combination was like heaven. It tastes so good. My mouth is watering as I type this. :cena6
Maybe you just don't like the stuff, OP. Sriracha is a generic East Asian styled chili hot sauce that is meant to be paired with pretty much any and everything.
Sriracha is good in mashed potatoes, pizza, and I even use it in chili cheese dip. Only foods that for me it doesn't go good with are eggs and tomato soup, for those I use Tobasco.
