inspired by the thread about what was the first day of college like

simple question , what do you remember about the first day of secondary school?

i remember walking to the Spar which is a couple of streets away from my house , seeing a lot of the kids that went to my primary school there so i walked with them on the first day , i remember when i arrived playing football with some other kids in the school , then we had that introduction assembly where i couldnt see where my form was so i sat with my mate form then i went to the classes and i lastly remember getting lost when i tried to find what science class i was meant to be in.

I had just moved so I didn't really know anyone and so in my first class I just sat next to another brown kid because he was brown and we had that in common. :kobe3

it was pretty boring for the most part. I made some "friends", but slowly started hanging out with other people as the year went on.

Only memories I have are being inside this new, vast building, casually filled with 1600 pupils and going from the higher authority pupil in primary to the lowest common denominator.

Oh, and food still has that shitty aroma after 4 years.

I came in 10 days late into the semester becuase I was gone on vacation and was already 10 minutes late on my first day, as I walked in the school I seen one of my friends from like elemantary school and we're like holy fuck long time, and he showed me to the office, I got my ID Picture taken and off to class I went.

Hmmm. Can't quite remember. I found a friend and hung out with him the entire day, it was pretty uneventful. Honestly too long ago to remember, I can't even remember my first day of college.

I remember the first day I moved to a different school in 10th grade. It sucked. I didn't know where anything was, and nobody spoke to me.

Walking to school with someone who didn't last the week before getting expelled, not letting my Mum do my tie, getting to my form and we were all sat on tables wi the people in our class from our primary school can't remember anything else. There was a kid who came in late and looked like John Lennon, but because I remember this as such a big deal I guess it was later than the first day because everyone was new that first one.

I took the wrong bus and went all the way up to a High School 45 minutes away. Found out it wasn't the right high school, and the public bus driver was nice enough to drive me all the way down even though he was off at that point. Got to math class late the first day, and that's about all that I remember for my first day.

I went into my first year with this big nerdy innocent mentality that I was going to be the best student in the school. I ended up a total dosser by the end of the year :D. But yeah I was all excited and ready to learn and happy to be in secondary school(high school).

Not much really. I remember getting up really fucking early. High school starts like 2 hours earlier than the middle school in the district I went to. So that sucked. Other than that not very much. I know that I met a few people that day but it's not like I actually remember meeting them.

Eh, nothing much too memorable to be honest. The class that I remembered that I enjoyed was my Public Speaking class, which the only downside to that was it was only half a semester.

Boring induction assembly, a tour of the campus grounds, and a service to 'bless' us all in our studies. Classes were a breeze and I was with 10 people I knew from primary school, so it was relatively easy to adjust.

Walked to school, first class was French class, second period was English (where I seriously thought my teacher looked like a witch...that you dress up as at Halloween but with blonde hair). Next was lunch which wasn't anything too special followed by 2 other classes...I believe Math and Science.

I had a horrible first semester with these classes but 2nd semester made up for it where I had Music, Gym, Computers and something else, easiest semester ever.
