INSTEAD OF DOING MY OWN THREAD THAT I HAD PLANNED I'LL JUST PUT THIS HERE::::

Bret couldve EASILY surpassed hogans ovation in Montreal..Hogan was sucking up to the Audience like no other..Making it go as long as possible and encouraging the audience..

Hitman was WAY more Humble about it and had a job to do and went right to work..
it wasnt just the beginning..but even DURING all that the audience interupted and erupted and he kept TALKING AND TALKING AND TALKING and he had more reasons than Hogan did to just stand there and not say a damn word for 25min had he wanted..

I respect Bret so much after yesterday.. and it was Awesome seeing him clock punk lmao

1. It was Montreal, Canada. Bret's hometown. Only place he is relevant.

2. Hogan's pop was still bigger, probably bigger than anything Bret ever had in his entire career.

3. Hogan will always be a bigger star than the whiny hack Bret.

Calgary, Alberta says hi. Know the facts before attempting a snarky, 3-point shot at the Hitman.

1. When was the last time he recieved this big of a pop other than in Montreal?

2. fpalm Obviously he didnt need to. Does Punk need to kiss ass in chicago?

3. More happy and peace? Last time I checked, he couldnt shut up about Austin being placed above him in the top 50 DVD. He's a huge mark for himself always whining and bitching about something.

It was a tremendous ovation, something really special to see in 2012, that, along with the ovation Rock got in Miami after WM was the best crowds of the year. The Hitman deserved it and it was a Hogan caliber ovation, Bret just stopped them because he had to cut his promo but they just started a huge "Thank You Bret!" chants and the segment could have gone at least 10 more minutes of overwhelming crowd reaction. Respect for Hart, he was awesome last night in everything he did.

I really respect Bret because he showed some efforts in trying to get his point across on the mic unlike Hogan who milked them about as long as he possibly could. I watched his first 2003 appearance on Smackdown and he got an ovation that lasted over 10 minutes and he just stood there and took it all in instead of making an effort to... get to the point. Same story with the 2005 Hall of Fame.
