cause Booker wanted to be in the announce team.
Nash signed WWE Legends contract who is much about promoting WWE Shows, games and not wrestling full time... i can see Nash having some kind of Flair's role, doing some promos, being at the ring side as manager and wrestling every now and then but actually he have no reason to be on the TV.
