Well Breeze is officially a comedy act

Yeah yeah we all expected it. He's now in a feud with Goldust where week after week we're gonna be seeing Goldust popping up and making Breeze mad with hijinx. I'd really hoped WWE would have made him somewhat serious like he was in NXT.

He's not even serious enough to go for a mid card title on the main roster, hes the new Santino but as a heel.

I feel sorry for people that genuinely thought this gimmick had potential. Yet another case of the NXT fans cheering something that will ONLY ever be over at NXT.
He sucks and will never draw. So he should be a jobber. He should be used to job to people and make them look good

Even adam rose was over in nxt. You can get anything over with a bunch of nerds lets be honest. When you hit the big time and have to deal with a significant number of normal fans and sports fans you are fucked. Sports fans see tyler breeze coming to the ring and go for a piss break or change the channel.

Its a fact.
Breeze's gimmick could easily work on the main roster, it's just a matter of NOT jobbing him out. The "I'm better than you" gimmick really only works if you win, consistently(ideally holding a title), and he has the talent to at least get that opportunity. He's one of the better ring workers in the company, he's good on the mic, he has a great look, and he's perfected the nuances of his character.

Get rid of Summer, first of all. Part of his gimmick should be that he does not settle on one woman. Let him speak - it will gain him heat. Have him go over some jobbers and then eventually even a guy like Ambrose after a long feud - bing, bang, boom. He's a legit player. Let him show that vicious side that NXT allowed him to display, which was a big reason for his popularity.

He's near the top of the list of guys who will benefit the most from a brand split. The way the WWE currently operates, guys like Breeze will never get air time that involves story building or promos. Without that, the casuals will never give a fuck unless he "Rollins"s it up in the ring at PPVs. Unfortunately that is a tough bar to reach.

This dude has a ton of potential. Hopefully they give him the opportunity to fulfill it.

Please get him away from Goldust! I really thought having him vs. Ziggler was bad but this is too much.
Well, he's being managed for someone irrelevant, an joke...
He's was always going to be a comedy act on the main roster :shrug

He was a jobber in NXT, for people who say they watch it so much, they sure forget this fact or are they just that ignorant?
Isn't that what he's always been? He was never ever going to be a major player on the main roster. He wasn't even a major player in NXT.

Yeah, i think a lot of people seem to forget this. Breeze never got anywhere in NXT. He was never champion and he was scarcely involved in the title picture anyway. As soon as he lost to Liger you knew he wasn't going to do anything that he hadn't already done down there, then he was used to put Crews over.

If he couldn't make it to the top of NXT, was there really any hope at all of him being anything on RAW? At least down there he was allowed to be intense now and again. On RAW you barely see anything but a guy taking selfies and sitting at ringside sipping cocktails.

The fact that anyone actually thought he would amount to anything on the main roster is absurdly stupid, I enjoyed Breeze's run on NXT due to how well he played his character, not the best worker in the world, but makes up for it with the way he plays the character he was given, but let's be honest, unless he evolves his character he ain't making the main event scene, no matter how well he's booked, or how over he is, OR how talented/charismatic he is!!!

He's a solid talent, but he's just not the guy Vince wants to push, he could be a great midcard heel act given the proper amount of tv time and the correct booking, but WWE simply put doesn't give a single flying fuck about the midcard, just take a gander at the midcard titles for all the proof you need on that one... :/

Here's the status quo if you will in WWE...ifyou're a midcarder in this company, you're a bottom tier jobber, if you're someone that can get over with the fans by themselves, you're a jobber to the guys that aren't Cena, and if you're an upper midcarder/main eventer, you're Cena's monthly job fodder.

True story...-_-

Shame on you for thinking comedy act means there's no career prospects for him. The good ones always make it work, Breeze can likewise see great success from it if he puts his mind to it.

Actually, in 2014, he owned Sami Zayn's soul. Tbf everyone did, but he was higher on the pecking order than him up until November. I thought he could be a solid upper midcarder/jobber to the stars on the main roster if he continued down that road, but then he lost every subsequent feud in 2015, except the one against Itami. They are senselessly jobbing him out at this point. He could be so much more than he is right now. The gimmick needs major tweaks if Vince is going to take him seriously.

But how can he be over if he never gets a chance?

On NXT, they gave him A CHANCE. They booked him like a big deal. (not counting his later time there) There's a big different. Breeze lost his freaking first match.
Even someone like Neville who was higher than Breeze on NXT's totem pole is now a jobber on the main roster so someone as low as Breeze had No Chance In Hell of ever making it. :vince7
He was always a comedy act. Just look at him. No chance of a real push in WWE.
It's weird they would drop the ball so easily on a home grown talent.
They put Summer Rae with him and she usually does a decent job getting heels over. But in this case, there is nothing she can do even.
