Yeah yeah we all expected it. He's now in a feud with Goldust where week after week we're gonna be seeing Goldust popping up and making Breeze mad with hijinx. I'd really hoped WWE would have made him somewhat serious like he was in NXT.

He's not even serious enough to go for a mid card title on the main roster, hes the new Santino but as a heel.

What did you expect from WWE, they cannot do more than 1 kinda interesting feud, storyline at the same time, they have way too much talent and 0 creativity for such a roster

Was there ever any doubt?

Tyler Breeze debuted on SmackDown, with Summer Rae as his valet, and his first feud was with Dolph Ziggler. There was never any hope for him on the main roster.
You know if Shawn Michaels debuted today with the sexy boy gimmick with Sherri as his manager, he'd be nothing more than a comedy act and would never become the legendary HBK. Cause today you can't be flamboyant without being relegated to a comedy act.

Yep. If I'm not mistaken, Austin himself said that he wouldn't be what he is if he debuted today. WWE doesn't know how to make stars these days. And I know people are going to say "but Roman Reigns," but it took them 12 months to do with Roman Reigns, what anybody in their right mind would've already done.

Nope, the cream always rises to the top. Breeze is nothing now and would have been nothing during HBK's era.

Lol the cream doesn't rise to the top nowadays, theres tons of guys with main event potential and WWE ignores them. If Shawn debuted today he'd be nothing but a comedy jobber, at the very best he'd be the IC Champion. The only guys who get a chance nowadays is if they have "The Look" or if they know how to play politics and ass kiss to the right people.

Today it doesn't matter if you have talent or charisma, if you don't get Vince's dick hard you aint getting pushed.

Comparing Shawn Michaels to Tyler Breeze is disengenous as fuck, HBK was flamboyant yes, but he was still himself. Tyler Breeze is a gimmick, and a stupid one. Thought it was obvious from jump street that the guy wasn't going anywhere with Zoolander in a ring. Enough with HBKlones, its been done and done better by the OG.

You have just described Shawn Michaels during his prime and refuted your own argument. My point stands, the cream always rises to the top. He would have been a top guy one way or another. He wasn't a Dolph Ziggler.

There were also a ton of potential main eventers back in the day that never gotten their run. It happens in every era and every company, cry me a river.

So you're actually defending today's WWE? You're saying everyone that has talent gets to the top? Roman Reigns had neither mic skills or wrestling ability and rose right to the top, while a guy like Ambrose who is incredible on the mic and good in the ring gets jobbed out like a prison bitch. Bryan was an amazing talent and the fans was dying to see him pushed, and they did everything they could to hold him down until they had no choice but to push him because the audience wouldn't shut up.

I'm not sure how many of you actually saw Shawn when he was up and coming. Back then, there wasn't anyone like HBK. Yes, he had a flamboyant gimmick, but his in ring skills and mic skills (as a heel) were rivaled by no one at the time. HBK was an innovator, now there are a thousand guys that try to emulate HBK.

Ok to be clear i'm not saying Breeze is anywhere near Shawn's level, i was just comparing because they both have a similar flamboyant gimmick. But its still the same, today WWE doesn't care if you're amazing in the ring and can talk like Shawn could back in the day. They only care about "The Look" now, they could give a shit about charisma or wrestling ability.

It sucks because I eventually rallied behind Breeze. He has a good underdog look and even though he is a cocky snob in NXT he was getting cheered just because he was being jobbed out to indy stars. He may not be the greatest worker at the moment but he is a great WWE wrestler with some sick psychology and plays that character to perfection. Why isn't he at the Midcard cheating to win his way to a Main Event "fluke" run is beyond me.

No, I meant that the ones who get to be top guys aren't always the most talented per se, but the vast majority of them are certainly always "top guys". If we look this on the basis of pure talent, would you agree that a Jake Roberts or Roddy Piper is better than a guy like Ultimate Warrior or Hulk Hogan?

You can't really fault today's WWE, specifically "today's" if it's something that happens in every company all the time. It's a pro wrestling problem.

Personally, I see it more as a trait and not a problem. A Colin Daleney can wrestle a 5 star match every time and cut classic promos every single time, but at the end of the day, he's still Colin Daleney and will never be a top guy.

So what spot would you have Breeze in at the moment? Who's spot would you have him take over to be in the mid card chase? It's easy to say everyone deserves a spot but spots are limited.

You might think Reigns is shit, but he has qualities that elevate him above others. Just like you might think Breeze is 'main event potential' but others think he is not all that. And lol at saying Ambrose is better in the ring than Reigns when it is obviously not true for 2015. Stop getting worked by the WWE.
