What is it that you wanna ask? Power and strength are two different things. Arm wrestling isn't a a good way of measuring strength and neither his size.

Anyway the correct answer is Mark Henry. He is the strongest and most powerful. He is the best olympic weightlifter (power) and powerlifter (strength) and strongman (practical strength) that ever was in wwe. You can't beat that.
