They won't unless there is a valid reason for them to, the only mod that can remove it is the one who gives the warning points aswell. So chances are the warning points you have will stay with you aslong as you are here.

If the moderator feels you've changed he'll remove it. Otherwise it's not. Also, it's not a percentage, they're points. Once it gets to 30 you're banned.
