He's saying that nothing with WWE is planned at this moment, and that he won't ever go to another promotion (TNA, etc.) and he appreciates fans who keep up with him.

He's saying hes on good terms with the WWE and if they ask him to make an appearance he will.

He's saying he will step into the ring again but he won't wrestle.

Awesome. I'm glad he's sticking to his commitment to NOT wrestle anymore. I'm disappointed that he's not the GM though, that would have been cool.

Let's not rule out the GM yet because at the end of the video he says if he asked to do something and it's suppose to be kept a secret don't take it like he was lying. So maybe he was trying to throw fans off by saying he is not the GM and that they haven't made any commitments yet?
