Velveteen Dream has a lot to say and he usually picks very interesting ways to make his opinion known. This is no exception.

Fans who were cruising Dream's Instagram stories this morning noticed that he put up a big heart with his girlfriend Cathy Kelley's name as well. Then the next few slides were even more interesting.

Velveteen Dream recently updated his Instagram stories to provide his own explanation of WWE's booking as he sees it. Along with some visual illustrations, Dream defended Vince McMahon and put all the blame on the Superstars for not playing the roles written for them.

This post might not be viewed very well in the locker room especially with such a growing number of Superstars counting down the days until their contract is over. Some might even go on Talk Is Jericho for a little shoot interview because they have a lot to say.

Velveteen Dream's words might resonate with some Superstars, but it's a pretty safe bet that others might have a huge problem with what he said. You still have to give him a ton of credit for being so bold yet again.

Let's see if he's still feels the same way a year after he's been called up himself.

And the fact that he thinks the 90's SW films had better acting than the ones released in recent years tells me everything. What a joke.

He's not entirely wrong. People blame Rock when his movies suck. Why shouldn't the roster hold responsibility if the product sucks?
Gee, maybe it's because the whole roster is handcuffed by Vince and his nonsensical booking decisions; so obviously the current talents shouldn't hold the responsibility for that? :punk2

It's not even that hard to figure out :lol

Someone get this man an oxygen tube.. if your head is that far up your boss's ass, you're going to suffocate!

Either that or he is trolling the shit out of everyone.
In the wake of Moxley's shoots we're going to see more of this from WWE superstars.
It happens all the time when an ex-employee shines a light on some of the bullshit that Vince gets up to. The current employees close ranks and put the blame on the full time wrestlers or the fans.
Standard WWE practice.

So, he's never seen a movie with game, talented performers struggling mightily to drag a shoddy script lousily directed with mediocre sound and score over the finish line? "The script sucks and the plot makes no sense, but so-and-so is just too damn good and does a heroic salvage job of Blah Blah Blah." There's only so much the actors and actresses can do. I also think Dream's judgment is pretty suspect since he's big-upping Star Wars prequels as quality cinema and trying to praise your boss with that comparison.

By the 1990s, George Lucas was an imperious, untouchable big shot billionare that everybody was shit-scared to challenge on anything. Sound familiar?

:vince3

George's ideas used to be better, and he used to take advice from other people and no for an answer, but by the 1990s he got everything his own way, the word "no" didn't exist. Unfortunately, he'd lost touch and almost all of his ideas fucking blew ass but he was a billionaire with an untouchable intellectual property that made money hand over fist so it was George's Way all Day. The Star Wars Prequels were George Lucas going buck wild in his own personal play pen with his favorite little toys with nobody saying no. That's why they SUCK compared to the OT.

The Star Wars prequel saga even has its own joke-line that is synonymous with the "SUCH GOOD SHIT" line: Its gonna be great. George Lucas would suggest an idea that was total "bantha fodder" and everybody went along with it and George bullied them into doing by INSISTING that "It's gonna be great."

My two cents on his call up is that this guy will be completely ruined on the main roster. Vince, Steph and the other writers and producers and bookers not closely associated with NXT are not going to "get it" at all. People say that he might be the next Rock, but the only pie in his future is going to be of the humble, not poontang, variety.

Well Velveteen enjoy NXT, once if you move up to the main roster and you hear crickets , and are not pushed.. I'm sure the same will apply

John Cena was the point man on this, he ran interference for shoddy booking decisions all the time.
