Rate the banner and not Vanilla Ice.

The text outline is bad. The changing of colors is not a bad idea but for the blue BG it simply doesn't work. Some of it is hard or annoying to look at.

Actual BG looks kinda simple. Cool that you used a WEForums screen capture though, but it's not exactly unique (but also not overdone). So it's not bad.

Cut isn't bad, but it *looks* like he is cut off on the bottom-left side. I don't know if it's the outfit or not, but it looks weird.

It looked better when I put the screenshot in the BG. So that is why I put it in there.

And the text is the great, I love the different colors.

And the reason there are different colors is because one color looked stupid so I decided to do different colors.

Here is the BG before the screenshot.

I made the banner with that BG and it looked too plain so I added the screenshot and it looked not plain anymore.
