What's your upload speed? In the 200 kbps?

Doesn't really matter on your upload speed. Most serverse only let you upload at 30 - 40 kb per second

That's a lie. It's soley dependant on upload speeds.

I have a small 384kbps upload. Compare that with my 3mbps (3000kbps) download speed.

You'll see it levels out.
