Unwritten Rules of Pro Wrestling

Can anyone name the unwritten rules of the business? Just for the sake of humor, here's a few

-Never press charges on another wrestler, regardless of whether or not they tried to kill you (e.g. Stone Cold being run over)

-Once your feud is over, you must drop all animosity towards that wrestler

That's all that comes to me at the moment

If you get someone in a leg scissors headlock, make sure you wash your gear the night before
If Ric Flair goes to the top rope, you must pull him down immediately

I'm pretty sure every wrestler shaves their armpits.

:lmao

- Weapons are far less effective in hardcore matches.
John Cena wins.
Always hold your ribs after a match.
It shows how much pain you are in.

Thou shal always tell New Jack your real age before a match with him
The match never ends during a commercial break.
Always catch a chair RVD throws no matter how many times you've seen the Vandaminator.

Always kick out of at least one finisher.

*at a PPV.
Headbutts are far more devastating when delivered by a Samoan.
Grabbing hold of the ropes after locking in submission automatically increases the pressure

When Cena gets ahead of steam, you have to stop his momentum by attempting to clothesline him
When facing someone who is known to use the Stunner/Diamond Cutter/RKO, diving aimlessly head-first off the top rope while they are standing is a sound strategy.
When Randy Orton starts thumping on the mat inches away from your head, that is your cue to get up and face away from him then turn 180 into an RKO...Ditto for when you hear Shawn kicking the mat behind you or feel Batista jump and see the ropes shake.

Weapons in normal matches keep you down for minutes but when it counts (Hardcore rules, last man standing) a single shot with a weapon keeps you down for a few seconds even if it's been 15 minutes into a match and you've been hit with numerous weapons.

When on Cenas shoulders, you cannot make yourself feel like 100 tonnes or shift your weight in any way that could result in you slipping off his shoulders. Only a select few can "knee" out and it only results in Cena placing them back on the mat, feet first. :side:

If you attempt to put your opponent through the aannouncers table it MUST be of foreign nationality and you must ensure you remove any objects from it so as to not cause harm to the opponent.

Wear dark coloured pants incase of any accidents....

The fall from missing a drop kick has far more impact than the fall from hitting one

Unless it is a shot with the belt, belts are made from the hardest substance known to man
You must always keep your arm up at three when you are in a sleeper hold.
You must always ignore the camera, even if you are discussing something private or explaining what a plan is.
