I'm really enjoying Raw since about Survivor Series. Good story lines, good matches, good promos, things feel fresh. Much better than whatever Smackdown is doing. It's a legit good show now.

As lame as the Liv and Lana lesbian reveal was it was still the right decision over a more forced lesbian angle between Mandy and Sonya. The majority of wrestling fans are heterosexual males and men vastly are into hot lesbians even if it's something as dull as two women kissing. They should cater to their audience and not attempt to needlessly virtue signal. Women are catered to in theirs, gays are catered to in theirs, so it's only fair men are catered to in a form of entertainment they most enjoy.
There are dude who find Bayley,Nikki Cross or Ronda Rousey hot, while Sonya might not be your type she is not unattractive, . I doubt dude who wish it was the attitude era again would think "boring,if her and Mandy started making out on tv.

I honestly wish more wrestling watched the show like "fans" rather than "this guy should win because it's 'good for business' and good for ratings". I wish more were watching hoping their favorites would win because they care about the wrestlers, not the business sides of things. I would rather watch a quality wrestling show that fits my taste than say "yeah it's good but it's not for casuals", fuck them.

Eric Bischoff was an overrated, egotistical hack who only did anything because he had Ted Turner's pocketbook and did the opposite of what Vince was doing, which anybody could've done.

Attitude Era fans are bandwagoners who never actually liked wrestling, they just liked the edgy product. Those they claim are "smarks" are the real wrestling fans, which would explain why attendance and public interest has plummeted since the AE bandwagoners bailed in 2001 and it'd explain also why most people still call WWE WWF rather than WWE: no one ever watched wrestling for the workrate, etc but the characters on display.

The Smarkbusters were right all along, but their schtick got old really quickly as did Cornette's.

The YWC is a total joke, straight up.

They should've cancelled the rest of OTE '99 after Owen died and issued refunds. Roddy Piper was right about Russo as well.

WWE 2k14 was the last good wrestling game.

No one really cares about women's wrestling unless they're doing bra-and-panties matches.

The business died in 2001 with the last Nitro, and everything since is just a gradual decline into irrevelance.

There will never be another wrestling boom because there's limitless options for entertainment now. Wrestling is essentially obsolete, way past its prime like The Simpsons is.

If WWE dies, pro wrestling in the US goes with it. No one will replace WWE as the number one promotion. AEW will never amount to anything, and will likely end up like TNA did.

Cesaro, Nakamura, Asuka, Lashley & Balor not even close to main event talent. Most of them may be decent in the ring but their lack of character and/or mic skills will always stop them from being top tier talent (and rightly so).

You need to be able to cut good promos consistently which none of them can do (understandable for Asuka & Nakamura as they know little English)

- Raw and SmackDown have been putting on consistently been putting on good TV since around July/August last year. Smackdown hasn't had a bad episode in my opinion since the draft and they do a good job of making you care about every person on the show.

- Corbin vs Reigns has been a good feud mainly due to Corbin being a genuine and vile heel, he's done a good job of getting Reigns consistently over and he's one of the best heels in all of wrestling today.

- Not necessarily related to the company but Asuka fans are the worst of the whole lot. When she's not in a main event feud or she's not champion they claim how their waifu is buried and that she deserves better and if you don't like her then that means you don't know good wrestling or you're not a real wrestling fan. Go back to watching hentai porn on Pornhub.

  • Kay Lee Ray is one of the most underrated wrestlers right now, she is very good.
  • I don't really care about Edge returning. Happy for him and his fans tho.
  • Bray Wyatt is a mediocre wrestler whose only constant is having underwhelming feuds/matches. As Metlzer said once, it is not a coincidence that he always seems to be involved in poor feuds.
  • It is nonsense to put the blame for declining ratings/attendance solely on the women.
  • Bayley is one of the worse women in the roster and has nothing going for her outside of being a decent hand in the ring. She doesn't have IT.
  • Becky Lynch is stating facts when she says she is the GOAT.
  • People still using the "she is only pushed because she is a Flair" narrative when it comes to Charlotte know not what they speak.
  • Corbin is a better big man than Braun.
  • Most "smart" wrestling fans don't really know what they want out of the product. You could book a show exactly as they tell you and they would still find something to complain about.

All those amazing promos Andre, Warrior, Sting (97) and Goldberg cut when they were headlining.

Not every top wrestler needs to be a great promo. When's the last time Brock cut a 15 minute promo inside a ring but yet he has held the top title most of the last 6 years.

WWE should stop doing the Hall of Fame and split WrestleMania over two days with each show getting its own chance to put something together. If you're going to do a roster split, they should be autonomous.

Instead of doing the Women's Royal Rumble, they should have the women all head under one roof as their own show. They've got more than enough women. If no one wants to pick them up, they can always air it on the WWE Network. I would even consider this with NXT as well. I'm all for women wrestling and there are some tremendous workers out there. WWE has got some legit stars in their division. But it's true that those that are emotionally invested in it aren't necessarily going to be the same people who want to watch Brock Lesnar. There are lots of people -- both men and women -- who aren't going to get into watching women fight each other. This creates a disjointed show and it doesn't allow the women to have the depth in their divisions that they arguably could if they were given their own show with different tiers.

Fuck it, I'll say it -- the WWE should bring back WCW. Just for shits and giggles. Run it separately as a half-way shoot. Take the talent that are genuinely annoyed at WWE and have them "jump ship" to launch it. Run it like a completely separate entity to WWE. Don't use WWE trademarks or anything. Put someone not a McMahon in charge of it and run it as a shoot. Get into bed with Viacom. If you want, buy ROH and have it dissolved into WCW. The ROH library would be awesome for putting together pieces on Daniel Bryan, Samoa Joe and the like, and as more content for the Network. Vince can provide an hour for syndication on Sinclair stations.

Note how Andre, Warrior, Sting & Goldberg were headlining in the 80's/90's there's a massive difference between wrestling back then and today.

Brock is actually a good promo, the only reason they don't get him to talk much is because his voice doesn't suit his character. If Brock had the same voice as Strowman he would 100% be cutting promos a lot.
