How do you get a multimedia file to have unlimited downloading?

Nothing is ever "unlimited". However if you wanted too keep a file up for a long time with a lot of bandwidth you could buy your own hosting. I mean, you can't expect a lot from free services.

Rapidshare and yousendit are the best free services but they're a long way from unlimited.
