Before I get started, this isn't one of those "OmG wtF i hayte WWE nao y wont ATtitude era cum bakc??!" threads. Hell, I'm not even mad at WWE.

This is an on-going thing. Tonight's RAW was awful. The RAW before it was bad. The RAW before that was bad. I know RAW usually gets bad after 'Mania, but we've hit Summer and I'm not looking forward to anything. Nothing is keeping me hooked. This AJ/Bryan/Punk thing is ridiculous. I liked it initially, but since say, No Way Out it's completely shocking. Throwing the WWE Title on Bryan would of added some spice to it, but no, we just get Kane dumping her and nothing coming out of it - only to get worse and worse.

What's going on with Cena? I'm glad that he's not starting and finishing every RAW, that's a plus for RAW, I'll admit. But nothing interesting is going on with him, Jericho or Kane and this year they've usually had something interesting going on. This PPV is shaping up to be awful imo. Why is Cena in a ladder match? Why is BIG SHOW in a ladder match? Great way of pushing your future stars, WWE.

I'm faith in WWE, but this actually is pretty bad. Unless something big happens at RAW 1000 I think I might take a break from watching WWE. I'll probably take a look at the results every now and then, but watching it is something I'll refrain from. And no, this isn't a rage thread. I'm just saying.

The only time RAW is interesting is when they have someone like Brock Lesnar or The Rock appearing regularly

Just look at April when Lesnar returned... raw was fucking amazing for a month

Agreed. My mates and I have been chatting, and we watched RAW together and could not tolerate how bad it was. After Destination X, I expected RAW to get shit together but it did the opposite. It was dreadful. If it doesn't get better than TNA will start to recieve much more support from me cause at least they're trying.

You complain about how bad RAW is, but you are a fan of Brodus Clay? Especially when he dances in the ring with the kids is one of the reasons RAW is so bad. :cena2

RAW 1000 means absolutely fucking NOTHING! It's Raw 1001 that means everything. come on now.
They'd go all out for it though. If they manage to make Lesnar vs HHH atleast a little bit interesting, I'll keep watching. If someone interesting debuts, I'll keep watching. If someone interesting returns full time, I'll keep watching. I'm just stating that the current product has nothing keeping my interest.

Lol.. Isnt it obvious?.. Raw 1000 will be a good show, may not be a mindblowing and amazing show that many are expecting but it will be a good one. It cant possibly be worse than what Raw has been since the night after Extreme Rules. Simply because of the returning legends and nostalgic moments, Lesnar's return to address HHH's challenge, Rock's return tp address the WWE title match situation and a possible Austin appearance.

But then the show will end in 3 hours, then after SummerSlam when Triple H and Lesnar leave Raw will slowly go back to become what it is right now, boring and unentertaining wrestling show filled with lame comedians, boring cena feuds and corny storylines. For 4 months it will be an abomination that it is now, then they will go back to being entertaining for WM season.

Point is, dont base your decision on the Raw 1000. Even if its good, it doesnt mean Raw will get better permanently.

Of course they will go all out for it...they are bringing THE ROCK in for it... we all know that. We all expect that...but what happens the following week? THAT week is far more important than 1000.

Cena will challenge Punk for title......... Bryan back to jobbing............
Cena will have won the MITB, and he will still be the #1 contender.......
Lol @ your ignorance. In your dreams Bryan will be jobbing, but the reality is that Bryan is one of the top merch sellers and one of the most over wrestlers, even if Bryan goes out of the WWE title picture he will still be an upper midcarder like Jericho and Orton.

Not ignorance I know he is good, but the reality is they are using him against CM Punk for transitional purposes. I want him to stay in the ME. But with Cena clamoring about how he wants the WWE title back. The WWE will go with Cena/Punk unless the pull a massive and have Bryan win and he goes against Cena. Hell with Vince's fucked imagination I can see Bryan winning the title and Cena cashing in on him the same night.

Regardless, the fact you said he will be jobbing is false and that would never happen with his current merch sales and overness. And i still stand with the fact that i think Bryan will win at MITB, and we get a triple threat at Summerslam between Punk/Cena and DB.

I've cut down on watching WWE (esp RAW) and just catch the clips on their website in the morning and now I've noticed that I even skip through those or miss some out altogether.

It is honestly absolutely unbearable to watch, it just leaves me either cringing or just shaking my head.

And WWE expect me to shell out my money for their PPV's every month when they come up with this kind of crap every month?

The thing is I'll happily pay out money if WWE has a great storyline going (MITB & SummerSlam last year I happily paid for as well as WM this year) The only PPV's remotely interesting and because they are I'll pay for them.

But I suppose im not the age they are aiming for, don't know how Americans can shell out $60 or whatever it is for a PPV.
