This Poyser guy still moaning. Moaned all through out the dead QT and even now his team carried him to a win.

Town had the advantage role wise - everyone’s acknowledged that, it’s just pretty :bosque you’re still bitching at the hosting. It’s pretty hard to balance rolemania games. You’re team won and were comfortably ahead maybe they weren’t as disadvantaged to warrant all this whining.

I’m replying to jeff saying the split was harsh ya dumb fuck

It's time for the awards!

MVP - PHEN0M
As soon as Magic claimed his role early on, people must have thought that the host was clinically insane. In a team that were given no fake roles and only one comfortably claimable role of their own, PHEN0M used this opportunity to come up with a convoluted fake claim that seemed just insane enough for this game, getting himself widely town read in the process and allowing him to cruise all the way to endgame. He was never in danger of getting lynched at any point in the game off the back of that claim alone, and his very solid play in the QT and in the thread are the cherry on top.

Honorary Mention - NotGuilty
Mr. Scum 2019 strikes again! He used the Mafia's only easily claimable role to great effect, also getting himself town read in the process. Much like his scum mate PHEN0M, NG never seemed in any real danger of getting lynched, and he also had a very good feel for the actions that needed to happen in order for scum to win. Even his doubters will have to admit that NG deserves this win.

Wooden Spoon - TKOK
TKOK had a role that perfectly fit his MO of showing very little action, so it's properly baffling that he didn't "play dead" at any stage of the game to get an easy 1x BP for no cost. Also stalled all but one night phase by not bothering to use his Messenger role either. The only time he wrote a message was when I threatened to rep him out, which is what I should have done regardless in hindsight. His play did absolutely nothing to improve town's chances, rounding out this stinker of a performance.

General thoughts on the game
I think overall we saw a fairly lifeless performance by most town players, helped along by the fact that TKOK dragging out every night phase certainly disrupted the flow of the game, which I admit is my responsibility as well. After a lively day 1, two days with info lynches followed, and after all of the usual suspect town leaders were gone, the rest just went silent and didn't seem to want to discuss much of what needed to happen. The activity during day 5 seemed like a desperate attempt at getting any sort of info that might swing the game around for town, of course to no avail. Especially Jeff seemed annoyed at the lack of meaningful town play, and seemed unable to follow up on his MVP performance of last game. The scum team meanwhile had to deal with balance issues and a lack of claimable roles, but played the cards they were dealt in a very confident and methodical way, so all things considered it's safe to say that the right team won in the end.

This wraps up Tweety's Music Mafia! Once again thanks to everybody for playing and (even though you'll say I should stop) Rugrat for helping me out. The game wasn't without its hiccups and balance issues, but I hope everybody had some fun regardless. See you in time for Tweety's Music Mafia 2!

Salt aside, thanks for the game @Mr.Tweetums; I actually have 0 issue with the balancing in retrospect, so other than maybe a few more prompt updates on votes, you did a great job :)

They're probably curious about why he refuses to make a straight claim and think there's more to it. Which is right but not in a way that could endanger scum.

If i had gotten on before phenom wrote out the actions i was going to suggest rolecopping curry because his hesitation in the claim was weird and i figured he had a restriction or some important aspect to his role he didn't want to share.

when we found out he'd be modkilled if he claimed the poyser kill i figured id try and poke a little to see if i could get him to slip up and get eliminated without looking too suspicious on it.

Had tkok used his role lawls would have been lynched and we wouldn't have shot Tkok cause he got his own BP. It would have been a shot in the dark on taking a shot with the missing vest but tkok would have been lynched the next day anyways and we'd shoot the person again

we knew we had it won once barry was dead. I thought the self target was legit but we literally had to shoot him.

bit upset he didn't gift me another vest tho :mj2
