So tonight is as good a time as any, Morrison has gone over Sheamus and now has his title shot leaving Sheamus in limbo and giving a perfect chance to bring HHH back tonight and begin the King of the Ring vs The King of Kings / HHH revenge feud.

My question is when do you think he's coming back.

Tonight?

The Rumble?

Or maybe even another time?

Royal Rumble.

Tonight would only work if they have Sheamus absolutely mercilessly assault John Morrison following their brutal ladder match last night. Sheamus has Morrison practically dead, Miz is shown cackling backstage or something, cue up Triple H's theme. That could work.

But Triple H said in an interview in late November that he still needed two months of rehabilitation. Which means Royal Rumble would be the right time for his return.

from what we hear HHH is in process of Taking over Vince backstage role so I'm confidence he will not return as full time

Everyone assumes he'll be back at least for Wrestlemania, but 2 years ago Batista returned after a long injury the night after Wrestlemania 25. So it's feasible that they'll let the Wrestlemania 27 buy-rate flop for the greater good of the company. People kept complaining about the main event monopoly of Orton/HHH/Cena and now they complain about the buyrates. You can't have it both ways. Would Austin at the Rock have flourished if Hogan, Bret and Shawn were on top?

-- HHH will be taking a more involved role at TV in coming weeks, similar to the role he took on during the last overseas tour. It was a far less stressful environment than with Vince McMahon in charge, and it's probably great news for the announcers.

they do have Trips booked for some on screen appearances non-wrestling but he is scheduled to show up soon in a role similar to his apperance at TTTT this past weekend
