I like many people belive tna is not worthy of its own existance, on the other hand a lot of people say that they are doing fine with how they are writing the show
lets give the latter the benefit of a doubt and lets give tna not ideas of drastic change but advice to follow for ever more along the lines of their current administration
so here we go;
TNA when you hire someone fresh off the indy scene,unless they are hired as blatant squash jobbers, BE SURE THEY ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE FROM THE GET GO SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE YOU REAL MONEY IN WHATEVER DEMOGRAPHIC YOU TARGET, you don't take many chances anyway so why waste time on them?
TNA if you must hire a WWE/WCW alumini, YOU DICTATE THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT,cement the contract with the clear understandidng that regardless of what they say or do YOU SAY "JUMP" THEY SAY "HOW HIGH" OTHERWISE THEY ARE SUED FOR BREACH, more likely than not they will turn down your contract,BUT THATS OK BIDE YOUR TIME, likely they will go crawling back to your competitor up north and either get turned down or be hired then fade into obscurity i the wake of their current youth movement(nyuh nyuh nyuh), BUT HEY AS LONG AS THEY GOT A JOB YOU DON'T HAVE TO SWEAT IT RIGHT MRS CARTER? IN the case of being turned down they will crawl back to you or will JUST RETIRE, heck a lot of them are probably financially secure anyway, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY THEM AND THESE MEN AND OR WOMEN DON'T WANT TO COMMIT we know how people are without it WILL NOT BE ENTRUSTED JUST TO END UP DOING NOTHING FOR THE COMPANYS BIG PICTURE PROGRESS, f***ing win win right? If everyone is equal everyone works together more effectively amiright?
TNA, WWE has shown us that modern day championship belts tend to restrain wrestlers into one part of the card forever more. Austi Ares has shown this to full effect and if you are to take the above advice and refuse buying guys that dont gurantee numbers for your pocketbooks maybe the divisions would be uneeded altogether and more focus towards future pop icons of the tna roster, regardless of how WWE does business even-stevens dilutes the strength of the guys you want on the forefront such as Sting or Hardy, just a thought i mean you do care more for the individuals than the brand right?
TNA, a source claims that you WISH to reduce the numbers of yealy ppvs, HIGHLY COMMENDABLE. just becasue those days haven't arrived yet doesn't mean that you cant pretend they are, set the table for the format to come, so therefore treat the ppvs you don't want to keep like tv specials, shows that aren't nesisarily important by design but have its place for the few that are interested in contrast to the bigger ppv pay days, when this rumored change of yours comes into fruition, your demographic that don't "take too kindly" to suprise and change will not be as shocked, don't cha think?
all others are welcome, just be polite, be realistic, be diplomatic, make sure sources,points of reference and statements are grounded in truth and make sure it falls into their current business model flaws and all like a custom sized c**k ring
