Seem like TNA is making a concerted effort to break into the northeast market with Live TV events in NYC and now PA! Looking forward to further events to be announced!
Watch the TNA haters try to shred this announcement as they have already tried to do with the NYC events. LOL!
Keep On Rolling TNA!

I think it's good that they're trying to have tapings in casinos. There's probably many of them that are suitable for a TV taping. The size of the venues are just right for TNA to be able to hold them on a regular basis.

Agreed, cheaper and it will look a lot better then 10k arena 1/3 full.

We could see TV events from Atlantic City & Vegas, plus many of the affiliated casinos located throughout the United States and Canada.

TNA needs to use some venues Bellator uses. They run Casinos and theaters which would fit TNA very well I believe. Plus maybe Bjorn, Bellator's CEO, could help TNA with booking venues he frequently uses.

Just looked at the seating arrangement for ring sports at this location and it appears seating capacity will be around 2000 if the side mezzanines are utilized for full seating capacity.
There are also 7 VIP suites available for use if needed.
This venue is currently being used for boxing events airing on NBC Sports.

I agree. I think this is a much better way for them to "tour" so to speak. They'll get different crowds every couple of shows, but they still get to do multiple tapings in a row thing they've been doing to save money. I'd like to see them do other casinos and studio-type of places in other cities.

I assume this is a dumb question but what is a bought show?
A show bought up front for a fixed fee by the venue/Casino like any other entertainment act. In contrast to TNA renting a building and crossing their fingers that people buy tickets. A bought show allows TNA to budget/scale the event so the show brings in a profit.

Good news. I'm definitely all for TNA using the east coast to promote their product. I mean afterall..the audience should be pretty good, right? lol

I may have to make a trip to PA and go. Although, the last time I did that was when TNA was holding a taping in Philly which was changed to a house show. I was a bit upset, but it was still an awesome time.

But I think holding tapings in casinos might be a good move. I'd imagine it's cheaper.
