agreed - as long as Dixie refuses to accept that TNA is failing due to the mis-management, and "sports entertainment" style of TV writing, then TNA is doomed to languish as a failure

if TNA accepted that fans want an alternative to WWE's nonsense, then they may start to get some interest. after all, why do TNA fans pay to see it live in their hometown as a house show, and enjoy it (because it's not written by TV writers, it's booked as a wrestling show by wrestlers)

funnily enough... most of the best TNA matches happen away from the cameras/TV because that's when the guys are let out there to work their styles properly, without fear of trying to cram 5 minutes worth of action into a TV slot written by someone with ADHD

NONE of this should be done until TNA gets another 2 hour show and the roster is split so everyone has a chance to be on TV. And when I say that I mean you can show highlights of Impact on this new show, but NO ONE from Impact will be on this show and vice-versa. Also:

1. Separate booking committes for each show. (Dreamer, Heyman, Raven..whoever)
2. Separate tapings for each show.
3. Treat this new show as it's own entity/brand. (New belts for the show, if it has to be in the Impact Zone decorate the building different to give it its' own feel.)
4. Limited interaction on PPVs, but equal amount of time.

THEN split the roster. In fact, Take all the X Divison and the KO division over there. Any westlers not being used (Doug Williams, Samoa Joe) get sent there.

I think smarks who have outgrown the WWE look to TNA as the alternative, and therefore are always harder on TNA then they are on the WWE, because they expect more from them. People need to be reasonable though, TNA is never going to be a main stream version of ROH, and they're never going to deliver five star matches every week. Like all other episodic TV, each episode of Impact is there to further storylines. If you're not entertained..stop watching.

There's really no need for a complete roster overhaul I would say just bring in a couple of talents for the X-division while releasing the Orlando Jordan,and couple other useless talents. However the creative team needs a complete overhaul! They need to get two or three fresh minds who have yet to be contaminated with Connecticut's way of thinking or Orlando's stagnant way of booking.(And No I'm not talking about Paul Heyman either) TNA needs somebody who's knowledgeable about wrestling but has fresh mindset and philosophy on wrestling.

Secondly offer Paul Heyman and/or Gabe Sapolsky whatever they want to come in and sort out TNA, the company needs long term strategy and sensible but good booking not short term shock value.

Thirdly release Bubba Ray, D-Von, Tommy Dreamer, Cookie, Robbie E, Magnus, Mick Foley, Orlando Jordan, Rob Terry, So Cal Val and Scott Steiner.

Turn Ken Anderson, Matt Morgan, Brian Kendrick and Doug Williams all heel.

Turn The Pope face.

Push Samoa Joe in the main event scene and Jay Lethal in the X Division.

Put TJ Perkins and El Zorro on tv since they are meant to have signed at the same time that Rosita did.

Sign Christopher Daniels as himself only, Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, Jack Evans, Sara Del Ray, Alyssa Flash and Petey Williams so TNA has quality over quantity.

Keep Beer Money, The Motor City Machine Guns, Generation Me and Ink Inc all together so that the tag team division stays strong seeing how it has been the best thing in TNA for nearly a year. With Hernandez and his new partner and also Gunner and Murphy there is enough there to keep things fresh long term.

Properly push AJ Styles as the face of TNA and their main star in the same way WWE does with John Cena, if it means a year long reign or AJ Styles main eventing Bound For Glory for the next few years as John Cena has done with WrestleMania for the last few years so be it but he is the main homegrown star so push him as the face of TNA.
