This OC booking is fucking ludicrous

Why are they treating this scrawny little fool like he's prime Hogan? That shit tonight was beyond ridiculous.

The guy is a fucking comedy act who literally mocks the business with his bullshit, and yet he's the most protected guy on the roster and currently being presented as absolutely UNSTOPPABLE.

Fuck Tony Khan and his weird little nerd fetish.

Got to love the Stinger. The old dog learned new tricks...from Orange Fucking Cassidy.

Guess Sting is now an embarrassment, he mocked the business and resorted to being a lowly comedy wrestler. Everyone who called OC a joke are now going to have to keep that same energy and refer to the legend that is Sting as a joke. :cheeky:
Sting has participated in goofy shit before so this is nothing new.
Sting looks so brittle in the ring in 2023. He has almost no athleticism or jump in his legs. He does fine in tag matches but a singles match with two or more bumps would probably shatter his poor old body into…well, probably a few large chunks. Legs and arms could fall off if he took even a slo-mo armdrag. A singles match would destroy him physically.

The Butcher, The Blade and Kip Sabian were working so light with him. I’m not faulting Sting or AEW for playing it safe either. I just think there isn’t any possibility he can do a match longer than fifteen seconds in a one on one setting.

Sting & Darby should do a short tag title chase. Maybe even one final title win for the Stinger and a sensible string of defences would be fine.
Anyone expecting different from Sting now are really in denial about his physical state.

Sting needs to put over a young up and comer like the Butcher on his way out.

I thought he looked fantastic for a 64 year old. Way better than say the undertaker or even booker t who could hardly walk at the rumble.

Clearly Sting doesn't seem to mind and by partaking in comedy moments that borrow from a colleague, doesn't seem to share the same opinions like that it's mocking the business or that OC is a joke.
I want to see more six men tag team matches with Sting. It reminded me of the old NWA.

Don't think he is able for regular matches. I cringed when he took that suplex was wondering if he would get up. That being said they went easy on him as they should do. Amazing what he can do though at 64. So glad he didn't go out after WWE. Surely he has to win a title of some kind in aew before he retires now that would definitely elevate the 3 man belts !
I wanna see him face more international people and make use of the belt.
Dont worry he is on about every show every week.
