People have been raising my repuatation, which I tell them not to. So, I decide to go lower it again by using the thief feature, and it doesn't work.

Just thought I'd say that.

i tried that the other day. i tried stealing from someone with like 200 points and it failed me....only took away 5 rep though....

Well, if it did that for you, it works. When I do it I get some database error.

Yeah, I stole once, it worked, then it stopped working after that.

50 is nothing. Thieves will learn to pay when they realise they've lost 50 points. You can't just let them off with a slap on the wrist.
