These stars should be the top heels in the WWE

They're in no particular order at all because I feel all five are all talented enough to be a top heel in the WWE at any moment.

Bray Wyatt

I get why some people don't want him to be the WWE Champion. When Undertaker was a few years in, as a fan of his I didn't think he needed titles to feel credible. Bray Wyatt must feel the same to a group of his fans. I have been a fan of his Bray Wyatt character since if first came to life in FCW. Where it was Wyatt and Eli Cottonwood. Wyatt, is easily a top heel in the WWE even while he is not booked as such he is still name to recognize as a heel. I like the fact that he has remained heel since his debut in FCW. I honestly think he is worthy of the WWE title right now at this stage in his young career.

Dean Ambrose

I don't care how over you all think he is. Dean Ambrose is not a face. The WWE has royally set him up for a sound "heel" turn. He should have never turned face, but if it gets him a huge heel turn then I guess it's okay. He is a static character and that means he should remain a heel once he turns. Keep him sick, or on the lunatic fringe it will make more sense. Over all his heel work on the mic is far better than what he does as a face. I never understood why he wasn't the chosen leader of The Shield, and the top heel of that group. Bullshit. Ambrose is the next "heel Piper"!

Kevin Owens

Again this is in no particular order. If it were, I think I would have Owens ranked as the #1 heel in the company despite his booking. I said two weeks ago I wanted to see walk out of SvrSrs with the WWE title and the IC title. Owens right now is the best on the microphone heel, or face. I don't care who steps into that ring next week, they won't cut a promo better than Owens, unless it's Bray Wyatt. Owens is by far the best heel character the WWE has had in quite some time. This guy has "it" and I never want to see him turn face.

The Intellectual Savior Damien Sandow

I don't care if he is at the top of the card. He needs to be involved in establishing credible feuds with future stars, guys like Roman Reigns. He isn't top 3 material, but he is good enough for top 5. The man has paid his dues and has been around over a decade. Sandow's modern "Genius" played by Lanny Poffo was better and less over the top. He didn't wear some silly costume like Poffo. Damien Sandow "The Intellectual Savior" was a great throwback with it's own twist and he was the perfect enhancement talent who can work the US and IC title divisions.

The Dudley Boys

Need I say more? Seriously, the WWE debuted them as "faces" and I get that. The fans were never going to not cheer them. If that is the case. Why aren't they WWE Champions? Once they become champions they can easily just turn "heel". This is the best heel tag team I can recall in my time watching pro wrestling. It's really Bubba Ray, but you don't have a tag team without D-Von. These guys are fucking tag team legends. The straps belong around them. Let them heel it up already! There haven't been tag teams to ever really care about since the late 80's. The Dudleys are one of the rare teams and are a truly rare breed. They're the greatest heels the tag team world has ever had.

Nice list. Not sure about Ambrose, he'd get cheered regardless I think, and The Dudleys can't utilise any of their AE strengths to get any heat. Without assaulting women, vicious assaults and unscripted promos then they're just stuck in midcard land forever. Plus they're...well, yeah they're too old.

IMO it should be Reigns -> Wyatt -> Owens -> New Day (operating as singles and tag wrestlers ala Four Horsemen) -> Sheamus -> Rusev. That's eight guys right away you can mix and match from the main event to higher midcard picture with babyfaces like Ambrose, (turned face) Rollins, Cena, Cesaro, Orton, Finn Balor and Bryan if he's fit.

EDIT: Forgot about Zayn as a face - add him in.
List is good, but I'd add Reigns to the mix. It's a more natural fit for him.
Quote every single name in that list but not the Dudley Boys.

Problem why they are stale at the moment is cause they lasted too long vs New Day in Tag title fights, but with a better use they still have to give as faces in the tag category.

There is no way to make Sandow a top heel now. Get real. Doesn't matter what you think his talent level is. He is long buried as far as being anywhere near the top of the card ever again.

Loveable midcard babyface goof? Sure. Could happen.

The minute they took away his intellectual savior gimmick he was doomed.

Was there a reason behind having Cena beat him with one arm and then ruining what was a potentially decent career? Probably not.

Vince likely showed up one day and didn't like his beard.

Damien Sandow as a top heel? WTF? i mean the man is a completely joke and it doesnt matter the gimmicks he tries he will always be a comedy act, sorry mate.
The heels now are good enough

Should just focus on building them rather than turning a face when faces are much needed at the moment
