4 years ago tonight at WrestleMania 36 (4/4/20); Seth took on Kevin Owens in an incredible match. It's one of my favorite Seth WM matches, but like all matches in this era no matter how good, it gets hurt by the lack of a crowd due to Covid. Still, a fantastic match, though, with a memorable finish.:

Has Seth ever had a Mania match that wasn’t at least pretty good? Even The Shield vs Kane & The Outlaws was a fun squash.

The triple threat with Bálor & Miz was fantastic, the matches with Cody & KO were great, he’s had fun matches with Orton & Logan Paul, the quick match with Brock was a great moment. I can’t recall a bad match. I can’t really remember the Cesaro match. I think I’ve seen it but it was a period i wasn’t really watching WWE much. I can’t imagine those two guys having a match that’s not at least really good though.

This generations Shawn Michaels

He's never had a bad singles match at WM. The Shield 6 man tags were okay, nothing offensive, but very short to really judge one way or the other.

But since the Shield broke up, he's easily been the most consistent at WM in terms of match quality. That's why he this generation's Mr. WrestleMania.

Seth had a great run with that Title. People don't realize how tough it is to make a brand new World Title into something. All he wanted to do was give a Title that was PRESENT for the other wrestlers, and I'm glad Damien Priest thanked him in the WM Press Conference. Also cool to see people in the WM thread praise Seth, people who usually bash him. People used to act like he was a murderer or something. No one in the business is more dedicated or works harder than him. As soon as he got medically cleared, he went RIGHT back to House Shows. Dude is a beast.

Absolutely beautiful story-telling with his character coming completely full-circle tonight with the Reigns chair-shot which cost him the Title. I think when Seth comes back we get a completely different Seth; like the real guy.

I hope he enjoys his long, DESERVED break. He really deserves it. Can't wait for him to come back later on in the year and kick ass again. Can't wait for him and Punk next year. Also, glad he didn't take the pin in Night 1. :)

Resposting this here since it will be drowned in the other thread, but yeah, we're done with this Seth Rollins, most likely.

This was also the story of Rollins accepting responsability for what he did instead of running forward all the damn time. Being that crazy son of a bitch was another way for him to cope for who he was and what he created.

In 2014, he struck his brothers in the back for the sole cause of his advancement.

in 2024, he willingly jeopardized his own success with the tag match and then offered to the one he wronged his back to allow Cody to finish the story. He's most likely done being the joker.

Seth backstage at WM 40. Looking at that first pic of him crying and hugging HHH, say what you want about him and the clothes he wears (how dare he!), but the dude cares alot and puts his heart and soul and life into this business. Can't say the same for all top guys, sadly. But you can say that about Seth:
