I consider myself a fan of both. If I take any bias out of it, I look at it like this. WWE have stripped away any kind of edge from Seth, and Bray Wyatt has reinvented himself into one of the most interesting characters in wrestling in a long time.

They didn't have to book this feud. Hell, I probably wouldn't have done it myself. But if you're going to do it, Bray has to win, because he's the hot thing going. And even as a fan of Seth, I don't want to see him as champion when booking wise he's worse than he's been in a long time.

And yes, it's wrestling, fans get sick of anything after awhile. But keeping the title on Seth at this point does no good for him. He honestly felt trapped as champion. I don't know if he will change character wise at all, but he has to.
I don't mind Seth dropping the belt honestly, but like you I didn't want this feud in the first place, atleast not right now. They've booked themselves into a corner. You have Seth who's beaten Brock and Strowman clean and then The Fiend who kicks out at one from everything. Where do you go from here? And the way the HIAC match was structured left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth.

And now, Brock is back as champion on Raw again, which was exactly where we were prior to Summerslam and it feels like nothing's changed at all. Unless they can somehow have him drop the title to Rey via interference or something.

Decided I'm going to watch again but not post about it. Wish I could balance it better, but I can't, not without it hindering my enjoyment. I remember six months ago when I was watching that I enjoyed the show a heck out of a lot more on my own. The only problem I had is not having the time for it. I'm one of those people that lets others influence how I feel about certain things, booking, matches etc and it can make Wrestling seem worse than it actually is. I don't enjoy being a pessimistic person.

The WWE sections just aren't fun in this place, I wish they were. I don't remember it being this bad in 2012-2013 but maybe it was because I was so fresh minded back then.

Peace out bros, and don't let people ruin your fun.

Seth still has fans left just to remind everyone, It's been hell for months supporting this man without criticism whether it be reasonable or not.
You don't need to remind me, I'm one of them and I always will be :lol Unlike some other people, I don't abandon my favourites unless I really truly fall out of love with them (which happened with Cena). But I doubt that'll happen with Seth, I don't even dislike him one little bit haha.

I'm really getting tired of the hate cos it's literally everywhere. You think I'd be used to it considering I'm a Roman fan though lol.

Good to know that some won't ditch one because of the heat, It's a rarity these days.

Most 'fans' these days aren't really fans. They're fair-weather, go the direction in which the wind blows. No guts. No balls. Nothing. I'm glad they're gone. If nothing else, I'm glad the no-guts fair-weather fans have been outed. Hopefully, they're gone forever. Don't come back when the person you're no longer a fan of is hot again. Stay gone.

Anyways, tonight segment was the best segment Raw has had in weeks. Great backstage segment, too. Rollins turning heel anytime soon in the next few weeks would be excellent and would be right away the hottest thing in the company again.

Still a Seth fan, he'll always be my favourite and I'll support him whatever he does which now the horrible feud with the fiend is over I'm quite looking forward to.

This place became so toxic that I had to leave, i pretty much just watch the shows now and that's it, dont look at any websites or listen to any podcasts. Wrestling is meant to be a bit of harmless fun and it was getting to a point where it wasn't.

Are these digs at me because I'm really disappointed if so. They came really sudden after my post?? I know I'm leaving the thread but it doesn't mean I'm ditching Seth or anything. I'll always have a place for him. Maybe I've just misunderstood. I've just really fallen out of love with WWE and watching it.

Anyways I tried watching RAW and I didn't really enjoy it at all, I can't put my finger on why anymore. The whole thing just totally gets lost on me now, maybe I've just grown out of it all? I even watched some AEW stuff and it was cool but I didn't get 'excited'.

Anybody else felt it this badly? It can't be burnt out because I've not watched in six months, and I know on paper I should have enjoyed that RAW because of the NXT stars and everything. Yeah, I just don't really enjoy this anymore, and it actually depresses me. Shouldn't be a real life thing either because I'm genuinely happy these days.

I don't know what I'm trying to say anymore, I just hope some of the posts above weren't directed towards me. I'm not ditching because of Seth, it's actually just my passion for this is totally lost. I should probably just accept it and move on.

Hope you guys see where I'm going from. At times I feel like I come across as bipolar or something, when it's more of a I'm just trying to recapture what I once felt about Wrestling and it isn't there anymore. Despite how many times I try, I don't feel it.

So, Seth was right that he never gave a speech. Melzter admitted he was wrong and publicly apolgized to Seth. I'm not sure if anyone in the history of the business has gotten an apology from Big Dave, let alone a public apology. What do you know, Seth was telling the truth.

WWE: Seth Rollins is now the most compelling star on Monday Night Raw

WWE and Seth Rollins have put together one of the most must-see storylines on Monday Night Raw by highlighting a remarkably well-booked character arc.
Seth Rollins is at a crossroads in WWE, both in the storyline and outside of it.

On one hand, the fan response to Rollins has certainly changed recently. On Monday Night Raw, there’s no doubt that a lot of fans seemed incredibly enthused when Rollins brought up Bray Wyatt beating him for the Universal Championship.

With an inconsistent reign at the top, along with a wide variety of controversial statements in interviews, Rollins hasn’t really endeared himself to fans lately.

At the same time though, it’s clear that Seth Rollins has the best story arc playing out on Monday Night Raw today.

WWE has legitimately successfully booked a long-term story for Rollins, which “The Kingslayer” has executed to a tee.

Start back at Clash of Champions when Rollins took on Braun Strowman, for example. It was the first show where we saw Rollins forced to call back to his past by using a pedigree as part of the winning combination to take out Strowman.

Then, at Hell in a Cell, we saw Rollins embrace his history with Triple H even more when he used a sledgehammer to smash “The Fiend” and put a stop to their match.

Now, after finally losing the Universal Championship he’s so desperately clung to over the past few months, Rollins took that last step and embraced his intertwined past with Triple H on Raw.

In other words, in a few short months, we’ve seen Seth Rollins go from a proud champion who actively to defied his past self that embraced “The Game”, to someone who was now more than willing to play ball with the leader of NXT.

After having lost his shot at winning the NXT Championship though, now Rollins is practically back to square one again. He trusted Triple H, and honestly it didn’t seem like he got anything in return.

What does that mean for his future on Monday Night Raw going into a brand war that’s quickly become one of the most talked about angles in pro wrestling?

That’s likely going to be the million dollar question for the next few weeks, bringing with it a litany of other follow-ups as well.

We all know Rollins has a history of scheming with Triple H. If he joins Raw’s team for Survivor Series, will he be trusted? Should he be trusted? Does he really feel the need to defend Raw’s honor when he’s already admitted he may not have the energy to try to save the brand from Brock Lesnar again?

There’s legitimate doubt for where WWE goes with this story, and that’s not something you can say too often anymore in this era of wrestling.

You have to commend WWE for pulling something like that off, and honestly you have to do the same for Seth Rollins too.

Rollins has played his role perfectly. He’s oscillated between conflicted and defeated, while still putting up that wall of the proud and defiant champion. That’s a level of nuance that not everyone can believable sell, yet we’re seeing Rollins do it night in and night out right now.

When you look at everything from the story to the character work then, there’s practically no denying that Seth Rollins has become one of the most compelling superstars to watch on Monday Night Raw, no matter what reaction he’s getting.

I refuse to give WWE credit for this because it wasn't originally done by design. But that doesn't change the fact that this article raises a good point. Right now on Raw, what Seth will do next is pretty much the only interesting thing going on right now. I really, really hope he turns heel soon. I would think that is the endgame here.

No it wasn't a dig at you.

New gear looking sweet as usual:

Before this, he had been wearing all-black too much. Good to see him switch it up. Wouldn't mind seeing him wear some brighter colors for awhile from here on out.

Rollins/Andrade was really good except for the outside interference finish. That red shirt he was wearing was nice, too. Boston won my respect as a crowd, too. Good crowd.

What the heck was that graphic on the back of Seth's tights? I kept trying to look all throughout the match but I couldn't tell :lol

It's pretty hilarious when you think about it, but Seth is the only halfway interesting thing going on in the company right now. Without him, this place would be almost completely lack new threads. It's also funny how anyone with a functioning brain can think Punk's response was anything special last night. Repeating what a bunch of 15 year old virgins on Twitter have been saying for months (because they're ass-hurt as hell, btw) isn't some great comeback. It's actually completely lacking considering we all know Punk is far more creative than that. Gonna write it off to him being alittle rusty.

I'm a bit late on this, but I thought Seth Rollins and Andrade had a pretty decent match on Raw this week :)

I actually had fun watching both men wrestle each other since their chemistry in the ring was really good, but of course they decided to have the Lucha House Party interfere to ruin their solid match :punk2

Anyway, I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this; but I like how they're not really Rollins flat-out decisively defeat his opponents weekly. He is still a top guy, but I like how Rollins isn't booked to just dominate other wrestlers in spite of his status.

Rollins has been doing his part in helping his opponents look good (or even better) lately when they wrestle him in the ring. The most recent examples are his last 4 opponents he's faced in singles competition against the likes of Andrade, WALTER, Adam Cole, and Erick Rowan. Rollins technically has victories over these guys, but none of them really looked bad since he never pinned them (nor did he quickly destroy/beat them).

Even for Rowan's case, it took 2 Curb Stomps and a forklift to finish him off; so he didn't really look bad at all losing to Rollins.

I hope they have Rollins continue to have more solid/fun matches where his opponents get to look good in the spotlight :D
