Loved the Rollins/Riddle promo tonight. This was the first time they had Seth shit on Riddle's family situation since he did on the Titan-Tron promo they did a month or so ago. I found that interesting. They also had Riddle in response mention how Seth hasn't won a Title of any kind in awhile. Shortly after that, the Rollins/Lashley US Title was announced. I wonder if that's a bit of fore-shadowing and Seth wins it next week in what's being booked as a big Raw in Brooklyn next week.

I guess I'd be happy with it. But man, Seth has solidified himself as the best consistent overall performer in the entire company over the past couple of years that I can't help but feel Seth deserves one of the two World Titles. But maybe the US Title is a step in the right direction.

Also liked how Seth jumped Lashley literally from out of nowhere tonight and stomped him on the US Title and then stomped Ali on the outside of the ring. Good to see him booked strong these days, as he should be.

Serious question, is there any doubt that Seth is the consistently best overall performer in WWE these days? Hell, he's one of the best on the entire planet these days for that matter. Not sure who I'd put ahead of him these days in any company from an overall standpoint. He's fucking great.

Sports Illustrated did an interview with Seth that was just posted. In it, he say's he just hitting his prime now. The article talks about how no one is having the year he is and plenty more:

SETH WON THE US TITLE AND HE'S NOT FEUDING WITH BRAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! So happy. Been 3 full years next month since Seth has held a Title of any kind, which is absolutely absurd and a complete joke. Good to see him getting built back up, though. That crowd reaction was awesome when he won!!!!:

Reading Twitter and the reactions to last night's House Show in Monterey. Apparently; Seth was the most over wrestler on the entire show by far and his match where he beat Riddle & Theory in a Triple Threat was really, really good. No surprise on either statement. Seth might be the most over wrestler on the entire roster these days:

Great match tonight with Rollins/Theory. Rollins is offiicially mega over if you watched tonight's show and the crowd has pretty much turned him face at this point, especially tonight. Not only the signing of the theme song, but "Let's Go Rollins" loud and long chants, too. He even gave a fan a high-five.

He also worked the match as a babyface, got to work his comeback instead of feeding the comeback which is what the heel does. Should be really interesting going forward (in a good way). Love that the blonde hair is back, too! So happy with Seth's direction!

Wonder why Seth doesn't have a match at Crown Jewel tomorrow since he does have a Title now. I wonder if he's joined the likes of KO where he doesn't want to go because of political reasons? Or is it just a coincidence? Strange. But I'm not complaining. If he had a match, I'd have to watch the show, but since he doesn't, I don't have to watch it now. (Also happy he doesn't have to do that brutally long flight to SA and back. He's been WWE's Iron Man this year, he deserves to have this show off, so good for him).

For those interested, I just read this week's Observer, and Meltzer gave the Rollins/Theory match from RAW last week 4 stars. Here's what he wrote on it:

" Rollins pinned Theory in a non-title match in 14:39. This was a **** match. Rollins was great. The crowd was into it. Rollins was a complete babyface with the fans singing his entrance song. Rollins did a kneedrop on Theory who was draped over the barricade. Theory dropped Rollins on the table and steps. There was a “yay/boo” punch exchange with Rollins getting the yays. Rollins did two topes and a falcon arrow. Tons of near falls. The crowd was very into it. Rollins escaped A Town down and won with the curb stomp. "

There is zero doubt that Seth is the most over wrestler on Raw these days. Hell, he might be the most over wrestler in the entire company these days, and maybe the country right now. He just woke up a dead-ass crowd with 20 mins left in the show with a promo. Haven't seen someone wake up a dead crowd with 20 mins left in a 3 Hour Raw in I don't even remember when.

This man deserves one of the World Titles and it's not even an opinion anymore, it's a fact.

I'M SO HAPPY!
