10 years ago tonight (6/27/12); Seth made his debut on WWE TV...in NXT. He faced some guy named "Jiro", in a quick match. Can't believe Seth has been on WWE TV in some form or fashion for a full decade now. Granted, this isn't the main-roster, but still!:

Yeah, uh, if I was Seth, at this point, I'd seriously consider retirement or going elsewhere. He clearly is never winning anything meaningful again in his career. Meanwhile, dude is the best in the company for awhile now. Time to go elsewhere or retire. No reason for him not to win tonight.

That's an overreaction, to say the least. Seth is bound to get another title run. He's not winning anything because he doesn't have to in order to stay relevant, which makes him a very, very precious and singular asset for a wrestling company.

All in all, as much as I'd have liked another Mr MITB run for him, Theory needed it more. Seth will always feel like a big deal. That's how far he's made it.

They use Seth to elevate others. This has been the case since they took the Universal Championship off him in late 2019. He elevated Kevin Owens, Dominic (made him relevant), Cesaro, Edge and Cody. He'll probably have to put Cody over again — this time in the Royal Rumble. I do see a potential for him to be WWE Champion again, but it will probably be as face. WWE has made it clear that Theory is the next big star in the company. A babyface Seth challenging Theory for the WWE championship is the only way I could see him being champion again (short term).

Loved that Rollins/Riddle segment. Seth being presented as a kick-ass threat with HHH now and a HUGE pop for his entrance. He got a bigger pop than Riddle, and Riddle is the face. Wonder if they turn Seth face sometime down the road.

Also, we are two shows in of HHH booking Seth, and both shows he booked Seth like a dominant heel monster completely eviscerating Riddle on RAW and SS tonight. So far, enjoying HHH's booking of Rollins. He's booking him like Vince should have.

With Vince being as old as he is, I think it's very telling the wrestlers an old, out of touch person such as Vince likes compared to who HHH books well. Glad Rollins is on the HHH side.

Another great performance from Seth tonight. Awesome promo and really good match with Montez. Seth has been booked MUCH better since HHH took over. I find it interesting that they had Seth mention Reigns in his promo before the Profits interrupted him. Wonder if something happens there. If so, it makes sense and he certainly deserves one of the two World Titles and has for at least a year now.

Seth's hot streak of fantastic matches and promos continues. Thank GOD Triple H has taken over.

Seth's quarter hours. The very last chart shows drawing based on TV, YouTube and Google searches. For July Seth had a number of 6. That number is great considering he's not working with Cody.

Seth's impression of Riddle, :ROFLMAO: :

Still liking how Seth is being booked. Hell, the entire show is being booked better, including a number of other talents, too, which is great to see. But Seth has definitely been booked stronger than he was over the previous 3 years with Vince. He doesn't have to dominate every week, because that would just get boring at some point, but definitely liking HHH's vision of Rollins and everyone more than Vince's over the past 3 years; which was awful.

Seth at the WM Ticket Launch Party last night. Says that Shawn is his dream opponent at WM and is really excited to work with HHH going forward (obviously). Something tells me he's going to play a HUGE part at WM next year, as he should:

Another great reaction for Seth tonight. When he held the mic out for the fans to finish his sentence and say his name; that is somewhat risky if you're a heel or even a tweener. The fans can make you look like a fool and say nothing. But, they said "SETH FREAKIN ROLLINS" really loud, thankfully, on top of his great pop when he came out tonight. I'm really wondering with how much HHH loves Seth if he is thinking about turning him face quicker than what we thought.

Another strong segment for Seth and Riddle. I thought Riddle would demolish Seth tonight since Seth has demolished Riddle in their two brawls before tonight, but it was alot more even of a brawl than I thought, which I liked.

Anyway, wouldn't be shocked if Seth steals the show for like the millionth time over the past 2 years and he and Riddle have MOTN at this next PPV. Should be a fire match:

Loved the Rollins/Riddle brawl tonight that opened up RAW. Fantastic brawling by both guys all over the arena. Looking forward to the "Face to Face" segment they advertised for next week, too. This feud has picked up big time since HHH started booking. Seth's tweet from earlier tonight, after the segment:

7 years ago today Seth beat Cena in a great match at SummerSlam 2015 to become a Double Champion; WWE Champion & US Champion. Really great match that Meltzer gave 4.5 stars. Just as noteworthy, Seth wore one of the coolest gears of all time, his all-white (and some gold) Ranger gear.

Hopefully, when he turns face down the line, he wears it again. He's said in the last year or so that he was going to bring it back, but Vince didn't like it (isn't that on brand for Vince to dislike something that is actually good. Shithead.). Now, that Vince is gone, hopefully Seth will bring it back when he turns face again. We all NEED this gear back in our lives!:

That was such a good match and that gear remains Rollins' best to date.

WIth regards to his match with Riddle at the Clash, they should add a stipulation for it. If anything I think the match merits being a HIAC match with all the animosity that has built up between them. Or at the very least make it a street fight.
