Not like we didn't know this would happen lol. He'll probably do a similar promo on Raw this week to make it "officially official" that he's entering the Rumble match.
Thank you for posting this and good that Seth Rollins has finally told the world that he is entering the Royal Rumble. The seeds more planted for him and Lesnar feud at WM. Next step is :rollins winning the Rumble like he should have last year.

:tripsscust what a mess. Brock absent and Braun is died.

Like, even when Seth wins :)mj2) he's going to be cutting promos for 3 months with MAYBE three interactions with Brock. Just put Seth in the title match at the Rumble, and do this shit.
I get it. It's WWE, though, brah. Keeping my expectations low considering who books this shit..

Very cool to see and great reaction. I think he either wins the Rumble or the Raw EC match at the following PPV. Either one is fine by me.
A SD guy winning the Rumble 3 years in row...Oh man lol.

I know it seems obvious right now Seth is the favorite, but that's a good thing. Fans are still invested him, despite the reactions to TLC. Could actually see HHH putting him in the #1 spot after what he said to Seth last week. Just to prove a point, ya know?

That would be 3 in a row? I know Nak won it last year, but don't remember shit from the year before that. :lol Yeah, that does seem like alot. Like you said, though, it's the 'too predictable' factor. But maybe they don't care about that this year, which would be fine with me. Either way is fine by me as long as we get to where we should at WM. I just wonder if Seth has a singles match at the Rumble before the actual Rumble match or not? Kinda like he did at WM 31 how he lost to Orton earlier in the show, but then cashed in in the main event to win the title. I could see him maybe having a match with Dean ending with some weird finish, and then Seth enters the Rumble and maybe wins. Guess we'll see.

Yep. Orton (of all people :lol) won it the first year after the brand split.
Ohhhh yeah! Now, I remember. :lol Crazy I had no recollection of that until now. These Rumbles are starting to mix together for me. Hopefully this year's is better.

I'm predicting that Seth will be the talk of the wrestling world after the Royal Rumble. So obviously I'm picking him to win and in doing so I think he'll win from an early position. #1 or #2 is a bit too obvious. I'd like to see him enter around the 4-8 range. The great thing about Seth is that he's athletic enough to create those close call moments where you think he's probably going to get eliminated, but finds a way to stay alive.

As far as a match with Brock goes there could be some memorable spots in this one. Such as:

• Falcon Arrow reversed on the 2nd attempt into an F5
• Curb Stomp countered into F5 (similar to the RKO at WM 31)
• F5 countered into a small package

If Brock is willing to give in this match (he wasn't against Dean) it can be 5 stars.

Is this Seth's first rumble match since he was no2 with Punk I can't remember?
He was in the 2018 Rumble!

And Seth is my pick for the Rumble winner. Mainly cos I know Dean ain't got a chance of winning, lol.

I hope both guys are among the iron-men for this year's rumble match :mark:

I'd like to see Seth Rollins last a long time like he did in 2014 (with 48 minutes), and I'd like to see Finn Balor last a long time like he did in 2018 (with 57 minutes) :mark: :mark:

I see both guys making it to the end. Which would be great, considering all of the natural chemistry & history they have together. Been super excited to see Seth last a long time ever since that Gauntlet match, where he really showed his stamina & resilience. He really should be another guy that does it from the #1 spot.

I actually can't call the final four this year. I'm convinced Seth, Drew, Balor will be in it, but I'm not sure on the last guy.

I thought last year's match was pretty fun honestly, one of the better Rumble matches. Hope this year is good too.

I don't remember last year's Rumble much except for the fact that Nakamura won it. I am looking forward to this year's Rumble, though. But as always, depends on how it's booked. I just hope we get a good Rumble show this year. Sometimes that can tell you how the next few weeks between that show and WM will be presented. And if Seth does in fact win it, I am going to have a ton of fun on this site.

:Cocky

That Seth thread is WOAT in the RAW section. Remember why I don't post in these Sections anymore. :hglol

I'm not sure how anyone can say the hottest guy on RAW all last year doesn't deserve to be the Top Guy. Who the hell else are they going to use? Seth busts his ass every week and is over with the fans despite WWE not doing much with him.

Hate how people act like Seth would be to blame for the ratings, too. The overall product is shit. Not even Seth and Becky can get me to watch Weekly TV, that's how sucky it is. Hopefully that would change with a full-time Champion like Seth. Not like Brock is doing jack shit with the title.

I re-watched it the other day, was pretty fun. Mysterio coming in was awesome, Hurricane was hilarious, and you had guys like Cole and Almas which was cool at the time. I'm just glad they chose a fresh winner last year, even if Nakamura flopped hard. I really think this years could be sweet if they have guys like Seth & Balor carrying the match from the start. Hopefully some surprises too from NXT.

I'm thinking the OP of that thread isn't aware that WWE ratings have been falling and falling for well over a decade now no matter who the champion has been and no matter who the focus is. We now literally have over a decade worth of evidence to back that fact up. And then it's said there 'if ratings are lowest of all time'...

They've been lowest all time the past few years now in which Seth has been a midcarder even with someone with some mainstream appeal like Ronda Rousey as Champ on the show who was known to the general public before she even signed with WWE. I don't think people pay attention to what is going on, and unfortunately they are the people who start threads most of the time.

I mean, people were killing the ratings in 2015 when Seth was Champ and guess what? To this day, the ratings Raw was drawing in 2015 with Seth as Champ is still higher rated than anything they've done on Raw (and SD) since. :lol Just another fact that ratings go down every single year. The fact that some still haven't grasped this is strange.

It's like some people can't call a spade a spade. The show continues to suck, ratings decline. It's not on any singular talent, it just sucks. WWE simply does not give people enough reasons to watch anymore. There is absolutely no need to watch RAW/SD unless you want to feel your soul getting more and more crushed as the weeks pass.

Hell, you even see it on this forum too. The RAW threads used to get thousands of replies, and these days they are lucky to even hit 1k. People simply don't care anymore, and I don't blame them.
