I hope that the Seth Dean feud is over now and they move away from each other and as much as I like Dean I hope that if Seth is winning the rumble and going on to fight lesnar that Dean isn't involved. That's of course if lesnar is still champ by WM.

 

I'll just say I really want to see a Seth vs. Lio rush match now.

Another fun match for Seth. Dragging out the Ambrose feud as much as possible and throwing in Lashley has been a nice touch. Just getting to the Rumble where Seth, hopefully, has his big moment.

I do have a feeling Seth and Dean will continue with their feud so Seth can establish momentum for himself. Probably blow it off at EC or Fastlane.

 

Even though it should be over it's ok if the feud does continue for a bit after the RR as long as Dean doesn't get added to the WM match. Seth deserves his 1 on 1 match

 

They protected Seth tonight and didn't have him take the pin. This is heading somewhere.

Meltzer said on WOR radio that Braun isn't cleared for the Rumble right now and didn't say there is any plan for him to face Brock in the future.

 

Would anyone else love to see Seth vs. Balor at WrestleMania in their long awaited Universal Title rematch?

Seth never beat Finn for the Title, and Finn has been itching & clawing since he came back to regain it.

I know Brock is the bigger deal for Seth to beat, but I'd be really up for this change if they decided to do it, and I know the crowd would love it as well. I'm really not too excited about Seth/Brock, as much as I think Seth should be the guy to beat him.

 

I was thinking about that. I would down for it. Seth and Finn have always put on good matches together and fans would be a lot more appreciative of that match this time around.

Really hoping WWE doesn't plan to hold off on Braun vs Brock until Mania. Would be a waste and selfishly, would hate to see Seth potentially lose out on an opportunity. But, I'll get a grip now because nothing is set in stone at all :lol

I'd actually be down in watching the entire feud if they went the Balor vs. Rollins option. Some great history there. I really don't care for the Brock feud at all, it's just going to be Heyman cutting some shit promo whilst Brock stands there, and Seth has to constantly fill in the gaps during the weeks Brock isn't around. :yawn

 

FWIW, Meltzer said the planned match is Brock/Seth and Braun isn't even cleared for the Rumble. I'd be fine with either Seth/Brock or Seth/Finn, but with all of the digs they've had Seth throw out at Brock over these past several months and whatnot, I'm pretty sure that's the match. But like I said, I'd be fine with Finn, too.

Also, if the match at WM is Seth/Finn, would you guys prefer that match be a ladder match? Even if it is Seth/Finn, I highly doubt it'd be a ladder match, but if it was that match, would you guys prefer to see a ladder match between the two or a regular one on one?

 

Ladder Match would be sweet. I feel like we don't get two guys going at it in those matches much anymore, and it's really underrated. Multi-man matches can be a massive clusterfuck, and spot-fest. I'd really love to see both of these guys go at it with a stip. I don't think it matters too much though if it's regular or stip, their chemistry is off the charts.

I kinda think Seth/Finn has been done too many times over the last year or so okay that as the UT match. For all of his many, many faults, Lesnar has proven that he's willing and able to work with some of the better workers on the roster, and I don't think Seth would be any exception. It's a fresh matchup and, if Seth actually came out on top, it would do wonders for him going forward.

It has been done a lot, but not in a high-stakes World Title match, that's been a while for both guys, and the crowd would be hot for it. Despite it happening so many times, I think with those guys being back where they belong in the Universal Title picture will make everything feel fresh.

There's a lot of doubts about if Brock will even perform well with Seth, you never know what you're going to get with him. Like, I really don't want another match where Seth gets beat down for majority of the match until he fights back towards the end. It's just really boring. Especially if he still loses after that too like AJ & Bryan, if you're going to do that, at least let Seth get the big win to send the crowd home happy.

They could always do Balor vs. Brock vs. Seth too. Last time Brock had a triple threat with Seth in it, it was awesome. Not sure how you'd feel about that.

Im all for Lesnar vs Rollins. There is more story to tell with the Lesnar/Rollins matchup. Rollins stole the title from Lesnar at Mania31 and Lesnar never had his revenge on Rollins. They faced off at Battleground 2015 but it ended with a DQ after Taker interfered. Beside that there is still the Roman route where Rollins fights for Roman against Lesnar. (I hope they dont go with that route)
Since the last 5 Years Rollins vs Lesnar is one of these matchups where the story didnt had a real ending.

Im not interested in any Balor vs Rollins Match in the near future. They interacted too much since the Brand Split. Balor should go for Ambrose while Rollins fights Lesnar.

Another option for Rollins would be changing the Roster which i think wont happen since they allready have a crippled Raw Roster atm.
Styles vs Rollins should be saved for the next Mania.

 

I think either match works well between Rollins/Lesnar and Rollins/Balor. I would prefer Rollins to get the win over Lesnar at Mania since that would be the bigger moment for him. But a match with Balor could also deliver specially if they add the Demon to the mix and/or make it a ladder match.

As far as Braun goes, I don't think they truly see him as a top FOTC type guy and he honestly lacks the tools for that spot anyway. He is the modern Kane/Big Show and he does well in that role and there is nothing wrong with that. It also doesn't helps him that Lesnar appears to not like him so I doubt Lesnar would be on board with putting him over.

 

If and that's a big If brocks turns up for the match I would rather Seth face and beat him at WM I just think it would be a bigger moment for seth as not many people get to beat Brock.

Then him and Finn can have the first feud coming out of WM

On the off chance Balor beats Brock, I could still see Seth facing Brock, just without the title. But then that just raises the question of challenges Finn at Mania. Drew? Braun?

But, Brock will beat Finn. And at this point I can't see any other option for Seth than facing Brock at Mania. Whether he wins or not is a big question mark. Remember, it's Brock. You can't really bet against him.

Eh, always possible I guess. I just hope this Braun tease is just that, a tease. A year ago I wouldn't have cared if either Seth or Braun won the thing. But now? It's Seth's time. And Braun unfortunately has to wait his turn after being so devalued.
