I'm never gonna get to be a thread starter unless I manage to make Dean's second thread when the time comes :lol

I posted this in the other thread but it got lost, but since the video of Seth's cackle got posted, I said that I was surprised to learn that he laughs like that in real life when I met him. I thought it was something he put on, but it's real :lmao

I sorta don't want Seth or Dean near the UC title cos it is cursed. I'm afraid something will happen to them if they win it now lol.

But I can see why they don't have the UC title involved with Seth vs Dean. They don't need a title involved, I hope this feud doesn't end up revolving around the IC title.

Reading that tweet, definitely seems like Seth is losing with him saying he's not going to be as prepared as he wishes he could be for the Nakamura match. Another loss, no biggie. I'm sure he's still over-pushed, though, right...?

:eyeroll

To think WWE made this picture:

Such a random backgorund.

That thread in the Raw section. :lmao Imagine thinking what has been the most over guy on the main roster all year (sans Shield reunion) doesn't have a connection to the crowd. He's also been cheered every week thus far with this Dean storyline. It's like people want to make stuff up and will it to be true.

This is why I hate the Raw vs SD theme for Survivor Series. They don't built to it at all until the week before. They spent so much time worrying about Crown Jewel they completely neglected one of their biggest PPV's was in 2 weeks (at the time). It' so silly. Seth is rightfully so more concerned with Ambrose than he is SD.

Aside from his name, there isn't anything to really be hyped about with Nakamura right now. He's been booked like shit pretty much all year. Until recently I completely forgot he was US champion. He was absent from SD for a couple week too, no? Not a good look. I bet on a personal level, Seth is excited to wrestle him for the first time. Hopefully they can have a decent amount of time to put on a good match.

I'm confused that people keep referring to Seth vs Nakamura as a dream match. I didn't think it was? I've never thought about it as a dream match for Seth, personally.

BTW I love that tweet Seth made. Of course Dean burning a Shield jacket would affect him and he wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it. That's clever story furthering by Seth.

It’s a dream match to some because Rollins is a workhorse and Nakamura is a legend in Japan. People that only watch WWE have only heard the hype and only gotten whatever this watered down version of Nakamura is.

Trust me, Watch the Styles vs Nakamura match at Wrestle Kingdom 2016 right before AJ showed up at the rumble and you’ll see why it’s a “dream match”

I think this is the first time posting on a Seth fan thread.

Anyway I think Seth can be one of the best world champions of the modern era. Great look, can talk, definetely can wrestle and has a connection to the fans. Plus take any title and place it on him and it looks like it belongs. If it wasnt Ambrose, I would want Rollins to be World Champion on Raw (unfortunately its for that awful looking Universal Championship but I know Seth can pull it off).

Also a great babyface. Wish he was allowed a little edginess but out of all the whitemeat babyfaces, he is certainly the best. Better than Styles and Bryan imo.

That is all.

God damn, I need to post to be nostalgic about this.

I remember talking to you about this in the previous thread. Honestly sends chills down my spine. Punk at this point in time was one of the hottest things going in Wrestling, and for him to give Seth this moment is something just so special. Obviously just seeing both of your favourite guys together is really a dream come true as well.

When he wrestled with him too :mj2

Man, I say it a lot, but I fucking miss Punk. Deeply miss him. I just always appreciated especially what he did for The Shield in his final months, despite it being 1 on 3 which was kind of dumb, he made them look great & it was one of the best things going on at the time. Plus Punk and Seth wrestling in the Rumble was incredible.

They really deserved to have a proper feud when Seth became a big name, like he is now.

I always thought Seth and Punk looked a bit similar, like they could be related somehow. When The Shield debuted, Punk was my favourite superstar on the main roster (I already had my love for Dean burning strong by then but he wasn't main roster yet :p), so I immediately gravitated towards Seth cos he reminded me a lot of Punk. They also wrestled a bit similar as well.

When Punk began feuding with The Shield I was so happy, my four favourite superstars in a storyline together.

@Showstopper; did you get Wrestlemania tickets today???

I ended up with third row ringside for my package, so I'll be down the front cheering for Seth and Dean again next year.

#39 ·
Unfortunately, it turns out I'm not going to be able to go to WM. I have to get a new laptop pronto and have to put the WM money towards the laptop instead. Just my luck, believe me. :lol

Glad you got tickets, though. That's awesome. Have a great time. The next one that is in NJ, years from now, I'm going to look to go to but I know that is years off. :lol

I've seen Seth win two titles in person - IC at Mania this year and the WWE Championship at Mania 31. I also saw him compete for the Universal title when it was him vs Finn. LOL I've been there for some quite big matches for him cos I was also there for his first Mania match with The Shield in 2013 too.

Stop making me jealous.

:sadbecky

I haven't been to any WWE events, but I really want to. Especially the big ones. One of these years I'm going to make it my goal to save for WrestleMania all year, and maybe I'll have enough to go by the time April rolls around. Maybe I should do that next year. :hmm

Can't believe you saw Seth win the WWE Title. What a magical moment. :banderas
