With the divas revolution, more divas then ever wrestling/being involved in segments, etc - I think they could pull it off.

They could easily have 10-20 divas involved in a Royal Rumble to see who goes on to WrestleMania to fight for the Divas title.

In the past the divas title at WM was a filler match. Remember when they put the Diva match on AFTER taker/Lesner just a couple years ago? How much would it suck going on after that match? haha.

Names that come to mind that would make a great Royal Rumble....

I think the womens division could finally pull this off. Years ago watching 10 women going at it in the ring would look stupid/they couldn't wrestle to save their lives/etc.... Now, if Paige, Nikki Bella, Sasha Banks, Bayley, etc were the remaining 4 or so.... people would love to see that.

it doesn't have to be 30. You're forgetting that for every Sasha Banks, Paige, and hell, even the Bellas....do you really want Rose Mendes and Rene Young and Lana completely botching it up? I think 15 could work. Toss in 2-3 NxT, 1 legend/random, and I'm all for it. Winner gets a shot a the divas title at wrestlemania.

Absolutely. It would be a great way to give someone like Bayley a first crack...it would give the audience a good laugh with someone like Blue pants....you can give people like Emma another chance to make a splash....and then you can make a pop with Trish/Micke James/Kelly Kelly/AJ someday.

And yeah like you said, a great tool to create tension in a few stables also and really dictate who the TRUE contenders are with the final 2-3. The Royal Rumble when done right, is always a blast and a great way to create drama in a million ways, I see no reason the girls can't benefit from it too

Steph could be in it one year too absolutely, just like her dad.

It'd set up good storylines outside the Diva's title too.

Imagine Paige being the lone-wolf. Not being on any team, etc. Every otehr diva/diva group hates her. Even as a hell Paige would get some serious buzz - which she already does.

Imagine a Rumble where Paige is the target - and gets beat down pretty good - but stays in the Rumble. However, during the Rumble - the divas really want to win so we have Sasha eliminate a member ot team BAD, Bella eliminate a Bella, Charlotte eliminate Becky Lynch, etc. Until it gets done to 4 or 5 divas that are all on seperate teams.

What this does is allows the diva that wins to have mass respect going to WM - and the other losers of the Rumble have a lot of storylines b/c of the drama they have from eliminating their own team members, etc... this could be a good storyline/peopel waiting for more turns on each other, etc for a few months.

However, knowing WWE - they'll have it be a match that is just like a normal divas match you could watch on WWE Superstars inbetween two huge matches at WM that is considered another filler match, haha.

They could, yes - but I think people really are behind Sasha, Paige, Bella's, etc right now. If they have a good storyline going into the Rumble people could be interested. Having them all in a Rumble could develop some nice buzz. Maybe 1 diva every minute for 15 minute comes out... Have it be about 20-25 minute long match total. Nothign crazy - but just a lot of action and drama.

A 10 diva Battle Royal sounds pretty good.. It might be hard enough to fill out 10 spots, they can't do more than that unless they use most of the NXT woman... WWE crowds don't care much for diva battle royals though. They would be dead for the entire match waiting for the real Rumble.

Renee, Blue Pants, Stephanie and Rosa (because she is pregnant) aren't necessary.

I think Lana would be an excellent addition, she wouldn't need to wrestle properly. She would probably get a huge pop and then she and Rae can have some sort of stare down and brawl.

There are actually quite a few legitimate names to go in it. Even throwing in some of the well known NXT stars would be great. It also gives them experience.

That's a great idea actually.

If it was the kick off show match - or even the first match of the royal rumble - I think fans would be into it/pumped.

They could easily build up some hype for it too. Right now It's about what's best team, etc. Seems like WWE is trying to get people on board with Team Bella, Team Bad, the hell Paige, etc... This adds an individual aspect to it which could add much more needed drama in the divas division.

Glad people actually like my idea here. Usually everyone says my ideas are terrible and the worst ever. I'm moving up in the world! haha

WWE would really need to get their shit together quick for this to work. Talent-wise? Yeah, could be done, but crowds just don't care that much. Paige is over, but the rest...

The big problem is the bi-polar booking. Most Divas switch weekly between face and heel. The Bellas should be a more over act either way, but because they have trouble picking a side, so do the fans.

And the current champ is a tribute act. Woo!

This is hardly a new concept and something that's been mentioned for years. If the talent was there, which it isn't then I'd be all for it.

Nah. The Rumble itself is tired and hasn't been good in years. And a women's one? They don't have enough women on the main roster to even do a 15-woman Rumble, and even including some standout NXT women, the whole thing would be dragged down and become a sloppy clusterfuck due to the match likely being booked terribly, and the surplus of terrible divas that just can't be carried by even the best workers in the division.

I like the idea, but the number of competitors would have to be chosen carefully. 15-20 would be ideal i think.
