Triple H said Goldberg doesn't deserve HOF and one of his points was based on tenure.

Goldberg Debut 1997 and Retired 2004 and The Rock debut from 1996 to 2003 so Triple H comments mean that the Rock wont be in the HOF? Considering they both wrestled for the same amount of years.

Triple H may have some creative stroke but he doesn't decide who goes into The HOF. I'm sure both will. They both made huge marks on the business.

I think HHH may have been referring to Goldberg's one year in WWF/E, rather than his entire WWE career.

Still, it's a valid point.

Goldberg was a one trick pony who got over due to his size and clever booking. Otherwise he was shit. The Rock actually had some versatility and talent.

Both will get in the HOF soon enough though.

fixed for'ya

Verne Gagne was never in the WWF but he's in HOF.
Goldberg was WCW Champion and top star for few years + World Champion in WWE.
If Koko B. Ware is in WWE HOF (lol) Goldberg will definitely be in.

Once you let Koko in, you pretty much have to let in everybody IMO at some point.

Ok, seriously guys. Enough with the Koko shit. He was actually a good wrestler in his pre WWF days. He wasnt exactly Flair or anything but had great success.

The thing about their comments on Goldberg was they danced around saying that he was pretty talentless, when it was clear that's their real beef with him.

Rock was ultra talented and done enough in that time that he's definitely worthy.

As it goes though, both will probably be in anyway. The HoF needs big names and Rock and Goldberg were two of the biggest names in the sport during a super hot era.

The idea that Rock and Goldberg won't be in the WWE Hall of Fame is absolutely ridiculous. Unless they turn down an invitation they're both no-brainers.

That's just Triple H's opinion. Rock and Goldberg are future Hall of Famers for sure.

Goldberg not going in the HOF would be stupid. Triple H is just jealous that a one dimensional hack who could only do squash matches made 1000000x the revenue he ever will.
