WWF knew their limits with factions unlike WCW.

From what I can recall the Corporate Ministry fizzling out made sense with Triple H on the rise. Undertaker still got to reign for a bit longer post faction until he was gone the rest of the year. Group did just about all it could in the time it was around. Taker tormented the McMahons. He won the WWF championship. Dominated for a good bit. Lost the championship & rematch. Things crumbled. It was all standard procedure.

Things crumbled at Fully Loaded when Undertaker attacked Shane Mcmahon and Vince was gone for two months

The whole storyline was designed to screw Austin, so once Vince was revealed as the higher power, there really wasn't much left for them to do, it made sense for them to disband.
