With a career spanning over 40 years and transcending various eras, Ric Flair should be needing no introduction for the mention of his name is sure to evoke a reaction in any wrestling fan. Inspite of having a highly decorated career, leading the first real popular heel stable(debatable?), being a huge draw and being around for such a long time, he is not considered a G.O.A.T by many.
How do you see his legacy and more importantly why do you NOT see him as a G.O.A.T if you don't?

He was in the 80's where he couldn't save his company from being sold despite being immensely talented like many people say.

Ric Flair may perhaps be the most over-rated wrestler in history
Greatest ever for me.
Consistently drew money over a 30 year period and was the feature attraction for about 10 years of that in the NWA (almost unprecedented considering he was heel for the vast majority of the late 80's to early 90's).
Had matches way ahead of his time in the 80's and was one of the very few who managed to reinvent himself into fitting seamlessly into the WWE back in the early 2000's. Even after that, even after 30 years of being on the road, whilst well into his 50's he put on cracking matches with guys like HHH, Orton, Michaels and even got entertaining bouts with guys like Carlito.
Reamined super over as heel or face pretty much constantly, the TNA run is irrelevant to his legacy for me. The matches he has had in that period, while hardly MOTY candidates were all entertaining (bar the crap Sting one last year) and that has mostly been overshadowed by the brilliance of "Wheel-Flair" and other such stuff.
Away from the ring, just so entertaining on the microhpone that it is unreal. Whether it was suave and debonaire shtick from the 70's and 80's going into the "crazy old man" phase of the 90's and today or the brilliant run of promos he had a couple of years before he left WWE (the Michaels vs Flair "old yeller" promo remains one of my favourites ever as does his complete demolition of Carlito the year before).
Everything worked, the look, the ability, the drawining credentials the outfits. Best ever for me.

It's not just money but its a important criteriaIf drawing power is what qualifies people as the GOAT, then I guess there a A LOT of shitty "legends".
How else would Hogan and Austin be in top of 9 out of 10 people's greatest list.They both had impact and drawing power.
