once again Shades out does himself. whats to say, its perfect, IMO. background, blending, placement, and text are perfect. 10/10

The background's good, text is ok, but I don't like the placement, I like the Game logo's effects but the Blackwallstreet logo is too red though... overall 7/10

Great bg. Nice effects on everything. The placements not the greatest but it definatly works. Text dosen't seem to suit the banner.
