This is how it works, I'll say a word then the person below me will say the first thing the comes to their mind when they think of that word. Then then next person uses that persons word and thinks of the first thing that comes to their mind when they think of that word. For example, I say fruit, the next person says trees, the next person says air, etc. etc.
